Service was on time, completed quickly and I was updated when the vehicle was finished. Service writer Jud was knowledgeable and courteous.

They always explain what work needed to be done. Pick up and drop off even if the don't have personal. They get a ride service.

Another excellent experience getting my Volvo taken care of. I've been driving an XC90 since 2007 (currently on our 2nd Volvo). Jud White is the best - kind, trustworthy, efficient, responsive, courteous, attentive to all your needs and concerns. We are thankful for him.

To Date I have had several different experiences with Courtesy Volvo, with some things yet to be decided. On a whole my sales person Brenna did a good job and I appreciated her straight forward approach. I made an appointment to come back to get some questions answered about the cars operation which wasn't exactly handled well and not much got accomplished because I had the wrong key and the person I dealt with wasn't able to answer some of my questions....... There is a monetary discrepancy which hasn't yet been finalized, but is being worked on, and should be refunded soon I am told. The Very Best Help I have received so far is from MAX who took the time to review some of the technical operations which were never fully explained to me and showed me how to operate my radio via my phone, awesome!! I am taking my new car on my first road trip and he helped me understand all the importance features I will be using. I would like to know that management reads these reviews and acknowledges Max's great knowledge and the "Courteous" service he provides.

Jud in service is fantastic! Jud is exponentially knowledgeable, extremely trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with. I bought my second Volvo because they are great cars, but without hesitation knowing Jud would continue to be my service provider. To say Jud is an asset to this dealership and company is an understatement. I have authority to say this after 14 years of service provided by Jud. Good job Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale!
