Not a happy camper.
Trying to get headlamps replaced due to recall. Tried to get in on a Thursday or Friday but no appointments available they said Saturday would but turned out Sat was Super Service Sat. Did not know that til I showed up and there were fifty cars ahead of me. Left called back Monday and scheduled for Friday at 8:30am aske at the time if appointment would the parts be available. Said if they were not would not have let them make appointment. Brought it in Friday morning and told they would have to run a test to confirm the lights are not working properly. I told them they haven’t worked properly for probably at minimum 6mos but thankfully I had not been killed. Also told parts on back order!!! Not happy. Told them I was leaving car and if headlamps not replaced that day I will not by a 4th car from Courtesy. Not done have to bring back. Will not buy from Couttesy again. McKinnny Nissan just as close. Women came out and told me she was service mgr. asked her name and she decided she was not service mgr but service mgr not there so she was next in line. This all happened on June 17th at 8:30am. Daniel De Jesus my service tech that day. Nothing he could do about it.
Thank you for letting us know about your recent visit to Courtesy Nissan. This recall is not a simple replacement , there is a process required by Nissan that is out of the dealers control. Very good. Had all the work done in a reasonable amount of time. They didn't seem all that busy so they went to work on it right away.

The five stars in this review all belong to Shenielle Hernandez! He is a wonderful and very conscientious employee. Curtesy Nissan is lucky to have him! After 3 extremely poor experiences with this dealership trying to get a recall repair done, he literally came in and saved the day. He was sure to notify me of delays due to parts delivery and provided clear and concise answers to all of my questions. If you can work with him specifically, I'm sure you will have a similar experience. Previously, I been given incorrect information by employee Jhonny or Jhonni who scheduled 2 separate appointments for me but failed to put them in the system causing me to waste time and gas driving to the dealership twice.

Awful experience here
Notwithstanding how upset I am an Nissan and what they sold me as a “warranty”, not happy with dealership’s decision on how to proceed. First, a part (sensor) literally fell off the car. And since there wasn’t a part there for them to ensure a “defect”, the claim was denied. However, after a 20 second google search on the error code, it showed it was the sensor. All we asked them to look at was the AC. Instead, they went over the entire car, 2017 model, assessed $7k in repairs (although didn’t bother to call the warranty about those), and then made me pay $165 assessment fee to get the car back. As for their $785 repair they asked for on the sensor…. I bought the parts online for $120 and my mechanic charging me $100 labor to install. Horrible experience.

As always it took a while but the place is really busy and as always the service is really good my service advisor as always did a great job Teresa always keeps you advised what's going on and get you out of there as quick as she can
