Cassandra Guevara “Cassie” at Courtesy Nissan is amazing! I drive over an hour, one way to get my 2021 Platinum Rogue services. Cassie is very attentive to me and my vehicle until the matter is resolved. She explains every item on my invoice prior to starting the service, at the completion of the service, and answers all of my questions. Cassie promptly responds when I speak with her to schedule my maintenance appointments. She is absolutely the BEST Nissan representative I’ve ever had and this is my 4th Nissan. I have done business with two other dealerships in the DFW area prior to arriving at Courtesy Nissan. I appreciate the fact that I can relax when I arrive for maintenance because customer service is outstanding. Thanks Cassie!!!!

Service repair was speedy. Pricey in cost but overall was done in just a few hours. Customer service is always great with communication and expectations.

I am disappointed in their lack of customer service! I have called multiple times and haven't gotten a good enough response. Robert was in charge of my car and didn't keep me up to date with the progress - it took way longer than he said it would! I am truly shocked. If you can, go to a different Nissan Dealership!

I'm not going back to this dealership, no more, very disappointed, my last service, I was going on this dealership for so long, 1997, but that's my mistake, I can go somewhere else, not them, because I do have 3 nissan vehicles,

Roger Davis snd Cassandra have always taken good care of me. This is my second Nissan and after a brief year in a Toyota (which was very nice) I still longed for another Nissan. I returned back to Courtesy simply because of the customer service Roger had provided years ago when I had a problem and he made it right. Thank you!

DECEITFUL , DECEITFUL TO SAY THE LEAST and if I could give them ZERO STARS I would. If your a NEW CAR buyer please do not do business with this company. happiness is not their priority. To them your ripe for all the shady tricks possible. They bait and switch prices. They misrepresented facts and basically told me that the extra $1000ish added was due to taxes and fees but taxes/fees were added later on. Tyler the sales guy not only sold the car above MSRP but also above the initial sales price. When I went back to discuss with Tyler why he sold the car at that price he made up a lie and said it was because of an equipment that comes with the car. Yet said equipment was not listed as an add on the car tag and my documents. They also added an extended warranty, road hazard/tire warranty ( the most expensive package)without explaining each one and giving me the option to accept/decline it. The most DESPICABLE/MISLEADING action done was that Teddy the finance broker did not TAKE THE TIME TO VERBALLY explain the TILA page of my document with me so that I can fully understand the totality price of the car I was financing and the contract..which is LAW. I will never in my life do business with Curtesy Nissan again as their is no curtesy being practiced. I also will never purchase a Nissan from any company again. BEWARE ALL WHO DO BUSINESSES WITH CURTESY NISSAN! I WAS ROBBED OUT OF A PROPER CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!!!
