Great service it had been about a year since I had my car serviced, including oil change. I was immediately chauffeured home and upon arrival I received a list of suggested fixes, prioritized . The work was completed that day and I picked up my car the following morning , with no snags. Thank You Roy M

My car service appointment on June 17 was with Mauricio Aquin, a very pleasant professional who obviously was well-trained and knowledgeable. A typical representative of Courtesy Nissan's staff. Being in my senior years, good/reliable business relationships are especially important. I have purchased 2 cars from Courtesy and highly recommend them for both sales and service.

The five stars in this review all belong to Shenielle Hernandez! He is a wonderful and very conscientious employee. Curtesy Nissan is lucky to have him! After 3 extremely poor experiences with this dealership trying to get a recall repair done, he literally came in and saved the day. He was sure to notify me of delays due to parts delivery and provided clear and concise answers to all of my questions. If you can work with him specifically, I'm sure you will have a similar experience. Previously, I been given incorrect information by employee Jhonny or Jhonni who scheduled 2 separate appointments for me but failed to put them in the system causing me to waste time and gas driving to the dealership twice.
