5 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation… I was told 3 to 4 hours but talk about not given correct info or any decent communication… what little selection they had was over mrsp and $2400 on top of mrsp and other add ons

Great experience this am @ Courtesy Nissan today. I only had a oil change but it was worth the 1hr 1/2 wait. I usually go to express oil changes but found a coupon on line for Courtesy. I arrived early as it was a Friday & everyone had the same idea. My serviceman Bill Clarell couldn’t have been nicer & my car came back washed! It’s been awhile since going to dealer, but I thought they would cut washes out with our current economy on the dumps but Courtsey delivered. If you go in knowing it will take up to 2 hrs, bring a phone/ laptop with power cords.

Great service specials. Offer free Lyft service. Always fast and efficient service. I come here all the time to get my car serviced. Best Nissan dealership around!

Roger the service tech did an excellent job of getting my car in and out ahead of schedule. He followed up on my questions and kept me informed of the job status.

Great service it had been about a year since I had my car serviced, including oil change. I was immediately chauffeured home and upon arrival I received a list of suggested fixes, prioritized . The work was completed that day and I picked up my car the following morning , with no snags. Thank You Roy M

My last 3 cars have been Nissans. CS is always on point. Not pushy but always trying to up sale you on something. I like the extra care they give. Johnny was great!

My car service appointment on June 17 was with Mauricio Aquin, a very pleasant professional who obviously was well-trained and knowledgeable. A typical representative of Courtesy Nissan's staff. Being in my senior years, good/reliable business relationships are especially important. I have purchased 2 cars from Courtesy and highly recommend them for both sales and service.

Everyone in the service department was very helpful and friendly. My service advisor Mauricio explained everything to me and let me know how everything looked by printing me copies!
