The car buying experience was good with them. My issue is with the after care part. They charged me $499 for window tint which is literally only the two front windows because the back is "factory tinted". The original tint was messed up from the beginning, no big deal they said they would take care of it. With my work schedule I could only do it on the weekends. I was told they didn't do it in the weeks so it took a few weeks to schedule and they ended up giving me a loaner car which was great. Picked my vehicle up, first thing I noticed was they left the inside of my car destroyed. All the sticky residue from the tint removal was all over the doors along with the liquid. The tint was still messed up, bubbles everywhere and not even pushed to the window all the way in some spots. I contacted them again and let them know. This time they question me what was wrong with it because and this a direct quote "I didn't see anything wrong the first time we did it so we need proof". I sent them photos and they agreed to reschedule it. This time all of a sudden they do tint on the weekends and had it scheduled. Unfortunately my wife and I got covid and had to push out our appointment to 11/13/2021. I get informed today that I needed a negative covid test before they could service my vehicle. Would have been nice to know less than 24 hours before my appointment so I could actually get a test but they were kind enough to NOT inform me in a good amount of time. ***Update I had my tint redone and it was terrible again and had some nasty tool marks in it. They also scratched the outside of my car. I talked to a manager and they were gonna take it back in and have the tint redone and take care of the scratch on the hood. I get a call saying that "the tint is never going to be perfect. I went and looked at a few cars in the lot and they all have imperfections. We will refund your money for the tint. We will have a check for you." They had the hood touched up ( this was done perfectly as far as I can tell). I go to pick up my vehicle and was expecting a check as well. They hadn't even processed for the refund yet and it was a holiday weekend. I follow up today to see the status of it. They aren't sure when it's going to be ready because the holidays and month end is a rough time for the car business.
