Poor because I asked to have our RDX bad gas mileage analyzed and the service advisor said to use premium fuel. Did noting to help........... Travis McKoy was polite, helpful but did nothing to improve our gas milage. Probably will not be going back to Courtesy Acura

New vehicle purchase had wrong accessory part installed, correct part was ordered, but the rear bumper was removed multiple times due to this, which caused a paint scratch/defects on rear bumper. Trunk trim was all damaged during accessory install, replacement has been ordered, but waiting for part to arrive.
