I spoke with a salesperson at Cadillac Tempe who was very helpful but the exact car I'm looking for is not available to be purchased. Very frustrating.

Great Deal, Great Service
Worked with Chris Moore and Gary for my purchase. Most of it was done online. Came in for a test drive 1st thing in morning, decided I wanted it. While we were doing paperwork, the dealership washed it and put gas in it. From start to finish, 1.5 Hours. Would definitely recommend them, especially Chris. Great salesperson, no pressure at all from him. Chris made it feel like it was a neighborhood sale, not your typical car salesman deal. Great price on it too!

Poor service
Our service rep, Mark Turner, was not pleasant regarding my visit. He seemed put out that I called GMC for request of assistance. It appeared to make him have to do more work which he was upset at. Our final receipt did not reflect items he told us needed fixed on the vehicle. We pulled the vehicle and did not have items fixed.

Fantastic Experience
This is my 3rd new car from Coulter, that in itself says volumes. Allen was great as always, our 2018 Terrain is wonderful and sits nicely next to the Acadia Limited I bought the last time. I highly recommend Coulter to anyone wanting to purchase their next vehicle.

I have leased a new 2018 GMC Terrain from Coulter Motor of Tempe. I have previously purchased other vehicles at the same dealership. Ken Bowers was my salesman for the Terrain and my previous purchases. He is very professional and the best part, he is NOT a "pushy" salesman. He is honest and truly works to get you the best deal possible. I have enjoyed working with Ken on my new vehicle purchase. My whole purchasing experience at Coulter was excellent because there was no pressure from anyone else during the process.
Recall/point inspection/service
I bought my truck from them. It was a used one but looked in great shape. Ended up bringing the truck back for a grinding/clicking noise when turning left and a smell coming from the vents. The fixed the steering gear, great. The smell the said nothing was wrong and told me it?s the engine cleaner burning off. Didn?t think nothing if it but that wasn?t it. Over condensation in the ac leads to a build up and a moldy/musty smell, yay! 4 months later after I figure it out. Second visit is for a recall on the stearin system. Take it in. They do the recall and a multi point inspection. Everything to them is great/passes. I drive home and get a bad smell again and assume on my part that they cleaned the engine ect from working on it. Didn?t think anything of it. On a Friday. Monday I go to work and driving to work it?s like someone broke a stink bomb under my hood and I notice a grinding/squeeking noise, check it out later after work and it looks like break/steering/some fluid was spilled everywhere on the driver side and nothing cleaned up. I don?t have any leaks that I can tell and no spots under vehicle. As for the noise I cannot dicern where or/what it is.....

Great car buying experience with no pressure
This is an amazing dealership that truly know it takes to take the stress out of buying a new vehicle, from the no pressure from the salesman or sales manager and even encouraging me to take my time and think about. They don't pressure you where it makes the buying experience stressful. What they do is make it fun and exciting as it should be when making a purchase of this size. I highly highly recommend buying from Frank Graham Best salesman I have ever worked with.
