Had exceptional service from Kia motors in Lancaster! They were ready for us at our scheduled time and the cost was slightly less than estimated. The service advisor, Mark Grubb, was very friendly as well as everyone else we worked with. They also provided us with transportation to a local restaurant and called us when the car was complete and picked us up. Plus a free car wash and vacuum! Can’t get any better than that! And our Kia Sorrento is a great car!

I have worked with Todd Fox in the past, but today I got the "new guy" Jonathan Enmen and was not disappointed. He was very friendly and helpful - without his insightful help, I would not have actually received the fix that I really needed! I've had mixed results with dealers in the past, but we've been very happy coming to this shop for both of our Kia vehicles ever since we moved into town 3 years ago. Only one critique: the online scheduling tools are non-existent. It was worse when they were still Matt Taylor - the online tools looked like they worked, but then the service department would not actually get the appointment. Now that they are Caughlin, *there is simply no online scheduling available*. It is 2022 and it strikes me as odd that they wouldn't have it (especially given how big Coughlin is in the region), but obviously it is not a big enough deal for me to find someplace else to go. Overall, I'm very happy with the service here!

Service dept could not fix my mirror on brand new 2022

Service dept could not fix my mirror on brand new 2022 kia stinger! Brought it back to husband after putting new mirror on and still won’t work, says we don’t know what’s wrong with! Taking it someplace else where mechicians know there job! Also sold me 2016 that tramission was going out and told me nothing wrong with it because no engine light coming on! Well taken someplace else and Kia put new tramission in it! Don’t waste your time on service Department it’s joke!

They didn’t even tell my husband it’s wasn’t still fixed ! Said they don’t know what’s even wrong with it! May be wiring they didn’t know!
