I called and arranged to test drive a 1999 $18,000 Porsche 911. I tried to park in their lot and was instructed to park at the gas station next door. I talked about the car and they gave me the keys . I asked if he wanted my license before I test drove it and he said go look at it first. The car was disabled by the security system. I found out how to unlock it on my own. There were spider webs in the car and the air blew dust and dirt when turned on. The salesman (Chris) came out after 3 minutes. He asked me what offer I had for the car and I said I needed to test drive it first. He questioned how I was going to buy it. I said I was going to finance it and he said they would not let me test drive the car until I was preapproved. I'm 48 years old and not some 16-year old out joy-riding. I have excellent credit and am more than able to pay for it. I called to talk to the manager and was given back to Chris. He said they don't let the cars leave the lot. I've been buying cars for over 30 years and I've never seen a place that won't let you test drive cars before you buy them. I've also been to that dealer twice before in the last 10 years and had no problems driving other high-end vehicles. The car was also listed as rear wheel drive when it was all wheel drive. Not only do they not know what they're selling but they don't know how to treat people

Terrible. Complete waste of time going there to see a car they had on line.

Brutal Service. Came in from out of town to look at a specific car and it was a piece of junk. I was sent pictures that showed none of the damage

They open on sunday for me and provided fast service in getting me a car that suited my financial needs at the last minute when I needed a reliable car in a few hours before due for work. I was shown options, test drove the vehicle, paper work was a breeze! Would recommend.

The buying experience is outstanding. I would suggest if you looking for quality car and outstanding customer service then this is the place you need to come to. I came to them and the owner greeted me him self and ask me to let him know if I need assistance. They got me in a very nice BMW 530 it is imaqulet and in a great shape. I did like also the way they handle my loan and finance approval even me having challenging situation. I couldn't believe they got it done. I wasn't really there to buy a car but after they help me and show me how easy to work with I really found my self in this new car and I'm so happy about it and I did recommend some family to them. I gave them 5 stars and I really mean it. Come see them ask for wael the owner very nice person and we had a great conversation not like other dealers looking only for dollars. I came back again after the sale and they still treat me well with all my questions and took time to spend with me. Awesome place to get a car. Thanks wael and thanks luxury auto sales. The Internet salesman Christopher was rude and pushy. I don't recommend buying a car from this company.
