Poor communication and negotiation!

Drove 2 1/2 hours after being told we could wiggle price around 2gs off. Get there and all they can do is 100 dollars off.

I was in market for a vehicle. Found them online. I dealt with Nick and Wael. They were great. Audi I purchased runs excellent and I think I gotta fair deal. I would recommend to check them out if you need a car.

Just bought first car for my son from Nick . Car is great and he is very honest . He helped me with price and my son is the happiest 16 year old . If you need cars under 6000 make sure you ask for Nick. He has large selection.!!!

Just bought a Hummer H2 from Luxury . Great running car. Very honest and good guys. After reading all negative reviews I’m a little shocked , because my experience with this dealership and sales team was nothing but pleasant and professional. I would definitely try them again for my next toy.!!!

After driving for an hour we arrived at the dealer. Immedialetly pulling in their was no where to park. After asking the man outside moving cars where to park and being ignored we just drove around until we found a spot. Already, we had a bad feeling about this place but decided to take a look anyway since we were already their. Every vehicle is jam packed into this lot. You cant even get to the vehicles to open the doors or actually take a good look at them. Not 1 salesperson spoke to us the whole time and we were ignored the entire time. Bad customer service. No organization. Glad to dodge this bullet.

Just don’t. This is not a Place where You want to do any business. I was even pulled from an another sales rep from sleeve even leaving this place and askel if I made a Mess to their restroom! No I Did not but now I know that there is a raw sewage on the floor. Thanks a lot for showing that!

I was looking for an Audi Q5. I was corresponding with David. As soon as I got to the lot, without me seeing the car, he asked for my ID and social security number. I refused to give it to him. I hadn't even laid eyes on the car! Once I did see it, it wouldn't start.
