If you are looking for a car, avoid the shady sons of xxxxxxx at Columbus Luxury Cars like the xxxxing plague. I found a car on their website that checked all the boxes. Low mileage, in my price range, and a good Carfax report. I called and spoke to one of their representatives that told me to come in for a test drive. When I arrived after taking my still recovering from surgery and attached to a wound vacuum xxx up there, I was told that the car I just spoke to someone about was not running, but they had some other cars available at a higher price. xxxx these shifty xxxxxxxx, and their bait and switch xxxxxxxx.

I called repeatedly and no one wanted to speak to me. Their cars are not luxury cars. They're not doing themselves any favors by treating people differently because of low or bad credit

When I arrived I met David and he was quick to make me feel comfortable and at ease, I was looking for a small SUV for my daughter. After a short conversation David got the keys for to Subaru Foresters in my price range. I drove them both and liked the bronze one with the NAV. David got sale approved with a small discount .Wael got me new brake pads and processed my transaction fast and friendly. This dealership has a wide inventory to choose from.

Tried to buy a car and received no return phone calls.. Very weird that they wanted a purchase order on phone with my social security number and license number b4 i even drove to place. Internet sales guy was the rudest and most condescending sales person i dealt with ...EVER This also come from 2 sales managers in my area who have been looking for a specific car for me and went the xtra mile.....This dealership is PIT road

It will be a great place to buy cars! The boss promise me to get installed backup camera and sensors for my BMW 2013 X3. But the price includes those fee, which save a bunch of money for me.

I've been to this dealership multiple times over the past few years looking at different cars with different salesmen. Every time I go they try to talk me out of the car I came to look at. The cars have always been super damaged and seemed like they just came out of the junk yard. Then the ones they try to talk me into a car in worse condition. They do occasionally have decent condition vehicles but they always want wayyy over the value of these cars. I thought maybe they were trying to talk me into the cars as cheaper financed vehicles as I am a college student, but i had explained to them that I would be paying for the car in cash. I had almost bought a car from them the first time and we started the paperwork. After taking half the money for the car they told me that it would be another week before the car was ready as they had to make some repairs. I had looked over the paperwork again in the meantime and had realized they added an extra $3,000 onto the car price before taxes or anything. When confronted on it they told me some answer that made no sense and I told them I didn't want the car anymore. The car was already high priced for what it was. I told them I wanted my money back and I received my money back after fighting with them for 3 days. They continued to try to talk me to continue with the deal the entire time.

Started with credit on the website, then a phone call, then to the lot to see the car we talked about. No BS here was honest with them about my credit and trade and we worked out a deal on a Lexus with less than 54,000mi. I might drive this car for the next 10 years, well we'll see about that. Anyway I dealt with Kevin, John and Wael and it did take a little time but without a doubt they gave me the attention others didn't. Truth is I had my eye on a couple of there cars and we could have had a deal. Very happy with the one I have though.

Took days to get back with me on scheduling a time to come look at a car. When I finally got to the dealership about a week later the car was still buried in the over packed lot. The car was covered in bird xxxx and the inside looked like someone used the passenger seat as an ash tray. Clearly done after the pictures were taken. Waste of time and effort. Building was falling apart and employees were disrespectful and trying to play dumb. Absolutely would not recommend for anything.

They do not accurately describe vehicles online or over the phone, call you and text you everyday from different numbers until you show up to the dealership. Have you park at a gas station next door. There cars have flat tires and dead battery’s so be prepared to wait if you want to test drive a car. Bald dry rotted tires and knocking suspension seems like the norm here. The car I looked at had damage all over and half***ed rust repairs made, that were not pictured in the listing. When asked about the repairs not being done in the pictures, I got the run around. Bondo slathered on the car not even sanded or painted. Everything is over priced for the junk they try to sell.
