I purchased a used BMW 3 Series 335i COUPE yesterday. The staff here are extremely helpful. I would have to say this was the easiest car buying purchase I have ever had. I am Extremely satisfied!

I had a great experience buying a car from this dealership. I found the perfect Mercedes S class and the price was great. I picked the car up from out of state. They were upfront with what it needed and if there were any issues. Everything was as promised. I would definitely buy from here again no doubt.

I found the vehicle online (2001 Corvette Zo6), came to the dealership on my off day to look over the vehicle and road test . Isaac and the rest of the staff were great. No pushy sales and great overall sales experience . Straight forward and vehicle was as advertised . I would recommend to anyone looking for a great used sports or luxury vehicle to stop in and browse .

The Poison Apple Experience

So we all know the story of Snow White, the old lady with the nice pretty, shiny Apple....that’s my experience with the vehicle I purchased from Midwest Auto Exchange! The vehicle is pure poison! I purchased a GX470 on 9/23/17, and the very next day the Engine, VSC off/VSC track and Track lights came on. I took it back to the dealership that following Monday and was told it was a sensor issue because of the new key not being programmed. 3 days later I pick the vehicle up, drove it a day later only for the problem to occur! I took it back to the dealership that Saturday 9/30/17 with this dealership promising either fix it or unwind our deal! To this very day I do not have possession of this vehicle and in a dispute to get my money back! I was told by the dealerships so called president that money was put into this vehicle and that’s why he is unable to give me my money, but is totally false because I communicated with the Lexus dealership he took the vehicle to and they sent me an invoice that show that repairs were declined and only a $89.95 diagnostic test was done to reflects that vehicle needs over $4500 in repairs. I went to to Midwest Auto Exchange on 10/28/17 after weeks of trying to be patient and allow them to make the repairs because I was in a loaner, to give them back their loaner and get my check back like the president Moe told myself and the finance company he would, and 2 weeks later I still do not have my money nor the vehicle in my possession. The president is arrogant, rude, disrespectful and after trying to have a conversation with him constantly over talking me and all this behavior to me in front of my kids I finally end up calling the police prior to leaving the dealership because he was just that horrible to deal with! The police recommended that contact the states attorney as well as my own! I regret the day I ever stepped foot inside this dealership!!!!

I am so happy I came to this place to look for a car. I am beyond happy with my 2009 Nissan Murano! It runs perfectly and thanks to Isaac and Moe they gave me the best assistance in finding the right car for me.
