He was up for a challenge with my credit score but like Rocky he just kept rolling with the punches and kept fighting back for me to get into the car I wanted. If you ever need help with a car I highly recommend you go and see Michael Louria! He took me from feeling like I would never be able to get a car, to making the magic happen and get me driving off in a brand-new Dodge Dart. Jose was very friendly, no issues at all there. I dropped my car off at 7am and was called at around 11 that the primary issue with my car was fixed and that they were then going to start looking at why the Bluetooth wasn't working with my UConnect. It wasn't till 5pm that I received a call saying it was fixed. Having my car all day seemed like a long time for what was a false alarm check engine light, faulty clutch sensor, and a software update to UConnect which also somehow cost $150. Overall it was good because the problem was solved, but it was pretty slow and expensive for a software update.

Bought a new truck and left the dealership with the diesel fuel tank completely empty, along with the def tank. Had a great time with My salesman. Very honest guy. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership under two owners. I believe in supporting my local business. I also advise to look at the extras you purchase on your contract, as some of these items can be purchased at a lower price. They are in business to make money and have no problem taking as much of yours as you will let them.
