Jose was very courteous. He explained procedure and how long was going to take, offered shuttle service if needed. I was pleasantly surprise the car was serviced sooner that I expected, which help me continue with my chores for the day.

I worked with James McCarthy for a couple of weeks to find THE work truck that I wanted. Everyone had white, and some of the factory installed equipment I wanted, but no one seemed to have the color and equipment that I wanted. I worked with several other dealers in a 100 mile radius from my business, but no one wanted to really dig for my solution. Their unspoken response to me was: "settle for what we want to give you, we are not interested in getting you what you want". Jim quietly did his searching and came up with two candidates that fit my needs AND my budget. He went the extra miles necessary to make a sale and a customer happy. Patrick Graham, who finished the paperwork, made sure that I had every incentive that I qualified for and answered every question I put forward without impatience or drama. When I finished the paperwork, Jim made sure that I was ?fitted? to the truck electronics, walked through the operation basics, and made sure that I really knew something about the truck. I was introduced to the service staff and the rest of the facility so that I was familiarized with Courtesy?s operations and to be sure that I might have a positive expectation when I returned, I left feeling like part of a good natured extended family, not a stranger who wandered in. Both guys were "real", easy to deal with, professional and respectful of my time.

I was on a trip to Carlsbad with my wife for a reunion. Heard a clicking sound in the front end that just kept getting louder. I knew it was the front axle u joint. Saw that the dealership was close by. Stayed the night just down the street and had the truck in at 7 am. Explained what was going on and what I had to do for he weekend. Rafael was awesome. Got the truck in and diagnosed. Set me up with a vehicle while I waited for the part to come in and got me in the road to my wife's 30 year reunion. All I can say is thank you very much for making a bad situation easy!
