I just leased a 2022 Honda CR-V Hybird from Classic of Texoma and I'm absolutely happy about the experience, imagine that happy about working with a car dealership, but I'm am. I'm happy because I do not feel that I was there to be ripped off!!! I was treated with respect, very knowledgably people, and happiness to be serving me. From this site, I see other dealers that have high ratings, but they are nothing as good as this dealership. Deborah was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of her way to answer any questions and took time to explain a lot of different things. Zach, like Deborah, was extremely friendly as well. I was dreading having to talk with a finance person, but there was absolutely no hard sell to sell anything. I could tell from meeting him that he was a good person. As I live in Arlington, some 2 hours away, and after dealing with all the other local Honda dealers, the time and effort dealing with this dealership was worth it's time and effort in gold, so a BIG GOLD STAR for this dealership. I will be a repeat customer!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took our 2022 CR-V for 20K maintenance as B1 was showing
Took our 2022 CR-V for 20K maintenance as B1 was showing required. Told Service rep tires need to be rotated. At time of drop off the rep confirmed B1 is oil change and tire rotation. We looked at the work order after getting home and no notation on the rotation. Called the Honda tech, they confirmed no rotation saying best wheels were on front so it was disregarded. Now a Carfax notice was sent to us and it shows rotation is overdue and shows as a negative hit. Several messages left for the service dept. have gone unanswered. Left message for manager no reply. Normally this dealership has been great but something changed and it is not to be trusted. Work requested to be performed will not necessarily be done and it is up to the vehicle owner to track down why. Lesson learned

I was treated very badly by the GSM William for no reason. He was very rude, arrogant and condescending to me. Then he lied to the owner about what happened and made false accusations against me. I will never do business with them again and definitely do not recommend them.

What William tried to explain to you before you started using profanity in our showroom was we do not carry paper copies of those documents anymore. We would have been happy to provide them to you if we had them. We use digital forms for all of our car deals at this point. We are glad to hear that you were able to find a dealer that still keeps the paper forms on hand for your needs. Why are you continuing to make false accusations? William is lying to you about what happened. I never used any profanity, and in fact William was the one shouting at me. Why can't you just admit that William was wrong and reprimand him for his conduct and lying to you.

No pressure, knowledgeable, extremely comfortable environment. David was excellent in every way. The closing with the finance manager was the easiest I’ve ever experienced. The sales manager checked in to ensure all my needs were being met. Overall I could not be more satisfied!!! I’ll be back for my next Toyota purchase.
