They have 2020 and 2021 models advertised on Cars.com but say that they haven't had those deals in a long time. The salesperson even stated that they've tried to have the ads taken down, but blame it on Cars.com. I don't believe it at all! I would never purchase anything from Classic Kia and will not look on Cars.com any longer. The salesperson even stated that they have to make money and that he wanted me to pay $5,000-$10,000 above what they had it listed for. Don't waste your time with this place!

The fellow that I talked with was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the dealership and how I could buy from them. I reside in Florida. Also available inventory etc.

This dealership has over 20 cars posted including 2020 and 2021 models. None of them were actually available and then they tried to sell me on other models. Gross.

I have had two negative interactions with this dealership. Last year, I contacted them about a vehicle. She didn’t contact me until days later to tell me that the vehicle I wanted wasn’t there. She didn’t provide me any alternatives. Last week I emailed asking about a vehicle on cars.com. They listed that they didn’t have it. I asked when they would get more in and I still have yet to get a response. I have realized that I’m not going to force my business on them and have decided to no longer contact them like they choose to no longer contact me. Save yourself the trouble bc all the Tellurides listed for sale aren’t even there. I’m glad I didnt drive from Houston to Beaumont for nothing.

It seems like every listing on Cars.com is bait and switch. They had over 50 2020s listed. When I got in touch with them, those were all listed "by mistake" but they had plenty of 2022s for me look at for twice the price.

My car is under warranty and they are keeping it up to 3 weeks for repairs! No loaner car available they say. How am I suppose to go to work? I will never buy from them again.

Don’t care about customers.The price of my car went up and pay freight charge.The var been sitting in lot fir weeks.I put money down and hope it go toward my purchase.My car was paid for by my lieu holders.Where do the money I pay go.They wanted to pick a car for me.I pay the car note.I pick what I wanted purchase.

The people there needs to know how treat customers.The Supervisor hang up on me.Tell him about two Sales employees.Refuse to give me Sportage Kia 2022 Pacfic Blue.They sold it that was lie.The person online said it was on lot.I’m cancer patient trying to get dependable transpiration.Gave to travel the highway MD Anderson Cancer hospital the rest my life.Strong chemo meds my body up.These people cause me a lot stress.I cannot have a lot stress.My body shutdown.Both my girls have Kia cars. They are advertising cars on here that they do no have in stock. False Advertising of vehicles thousands for dollars below MSRP so that they can lure you in and bait and switch. They are also ruining Cars.com's reputation. They have no integrity. It is a practice that some less reputable dealerships will use to get Leads from the Internet. You search for the lowest price on a Kia and they come to the top of the list at deceptive prices. When you call them they say that they don't have the cars that they are advertising but can sell you a different car at a much higher price. Shameful

High-pressure bait and switch. They had ONE Kia at that price to suck in unsuspecting suckers, and when they show up, the line is, "I'm sorry. That was sold." They only have the same make and model for $5-$6K more.
