Never purchased a vehicle from here again

When I purchased my GMC Acadia I was offered a lifetime warranty on my engine transmission as long as I have my class service with you all my time and change went out it was fixed one time but the dealership didn’t tell you once you have a fixed the first time it needed go to was gonna need to be changed again or the whole engine needed to be changed out let’s make a long story short my timing chains went out again and this time I was told by the warranty company that they will not honor my lifetime warranty due to the fact that my car value was the last day of the work amount that I needed done on the car so I am contacting my attorney and I will have this fully investigated I believe it’s a bunch of baloney I would never buy another car from here when they sold me the car it was a piece of junk

Terrible customer service... very condescending atmosphere. Good luck if we want to test drive a vehicle they do not allow them on high dollar cars. Even if your a cash buyer

I bought a 2019 GMC 2500 Sierra Duramax Denali on Saturday Aug 4th 2022. I didnt drive much that Sunday and drove it Monday. I put approximately 83 miles on it and it went into limp mode. Limp mode is when something triggers the vehicle to go no faster than 30mph. I took it back and the service department told me I had to wait until that next Wednesday. Now keep in mind I bought another vehicle from them in July no problems at all BUT this one went out within 100 miles/ 2 days and they REFUSED to take it in. We had to take it to another place only to find out that to date 8/18/22 they STILL haven't processed the extended warranty which they charged $4,995 for!! The repair was approved by the warranty company (AUL) but Circle GMC didn't process the paperwork, so I had to pay $1800 out of pocket. The sales team seems to be ok, BUT their service department is no good. This place doesn't stand behind their product, at least they didn't for me. I called corporate and the service manager said They're not going to do S..t. and to date, he was right. So then, Robert T. called me to inform me they had another one in with less miles. I asked if they could swap me out of this one, he said " I'll see" in the meantime I sent my nephew up there to check it out. He ran the scanner on it only to find out it had SIX PAGES of codes which had been cleared out, check engine light turned off. (We have access to a scanner that can read the part of the module that cannot be cleared). THEN, Robert T. tells me, "we can take it in as a trade, bring it in when it's fixed".. In my mind I'm thinking if it's fixed, why would I bring it in? They sold me a very bad vehicle. It was missing an antenna, bad keyfob..they said "we'll get this for you" Robert T. said "this was coming from chgo." still don't have it. Their service department sucks...Don't let them get you...If you ask them about it, they would probably spin it to their advantage, but contact me...I'll show you EVERYTHING....Go out to the suburbs like Palatine etc. You'll get a better vehicle and much better service...leave this place alone.. You've been warned. Kevin.....

I thought that I was buying a vehicle from Circle until they increased the price by $3,000 over their listed price during the sale. They called it a market adjustment that apparently isn’t reflected in their vehicle listing. Unbelievably bad form to offer a vehicle for sale at one price, then increase it significantly during the sale. Buyer beware!

I would be happy to contact someone at Circle. Please provide a contact person, a phone number, or an email address. My only contact person at Circle was Joe the salesman. He understands my opposition to the change in the price of the vehicle that I intended to purchase. Therefore, I don’t believe contacting Joe will be of any value whatsoever.
