Rude and pushy sales person. Then handed off to what seemed to be a capable professional that had my best interests in mind. After being told that my insurance declaration page only had my wife's name on it and must contain mine, I commented to look closer as my name was listed. The gentleman then laughed at my comment. I have never felt like I was doing a business a favor when trying to spend $40,000 + on a car. I guess this is what customer service (or lack there of) is coming to these days.

Got the bait and switch. Was given a price on a piece of paper and then when I called back to discuss the price an hour later, it suddenly had jumped by $3,500 because there had been a "mistake" with the stock number. Super frustrating experience.

Me and my significant other visited the dealer ship yesterday 12/14/19. We had a appointment with Jacob Kysar looking for a used car. The first one we looked at was a 2007 colbolt. Unfortunately the financing didn't meet what we could afford. Jacob and the financing Mgr Joshua went above and beyond to find us a car that would meet out needs. All said and done after 6 long hour we purchased our beautiful 2015 Chevy Malibu. I definitely would recommend this dealership to anybody look to buy a car. Mr DeBell

When does a car salesman ask you a dozen times to be sure this vehicle is exactly what you want. When do they focus on what you want and not what they need move off the lot. Mike and the team at Chuck Olsen did that for us. We have been coming here for years to get our GM cars serviced but this was our first purchase. Amazing experience. Just a great family dealership.
Classic bait & Switch
Just visited them on 5/26/18. Two cars were advertised at reduced prices strangely were not available when I showed up. The dealer had promised to get them ready to test drive on the phone just prior to my visit. After testing substitute car that was not discounted. ,I told them I wasn't interested in that vehicle. Wonders of all wonders, one of the vehicles I originally came to see was suddenly available. Spent 2 hours arguing with the Sales Manager over the terms and trade-in amount.They advertised a $1,000 increase over blue book on trade in but only offered $1,000 total which in effect was zero value for the trade in vehicle. They insisted on a full $150 document fee which they advertise is subject to reduction. Got so fed up,I just walked out. 2 hours wasted. Don't go there

Super easy car purchase with no hassles!
I used TrueCar through the Consumer Reports website to get internet pricing on a new 2018 Kia Niro hybrid. One of the. Dealers that responded was Chuck Olson Kia in Shoreline. They were the only ones to provide a firm price on the car I wanted through email. They didn?t have the car in their inventory and had to get it from another dealer. Unfortunately I had to wait a few hours in the showroom while they located exactly the car I wanted, but they found it. There was no extra charge for getting the car from Portland. As a bonus, the car came with a cargo tray and spare tire that they didn?t charge me for. Everyone there was super nice, and there was no pressure.
I am always treated with respect. The facilities are terrific while waiting for the service to be completed. The employees are just terrific!
The staff is friendly, and I haven't had to wait for longer than they said it would be. The service waiting area was clean.
