I just took delivery of my new Ram 2500 and have to say that the experience was fantastic. It was refreshing to work with a dealership that really listened and helped me pick just the right vehicle. The entire process exceeded my expectations by far!

No pressure, black and white car buying. A great experience with no hidden hoops to jump though.

#CDJRofSeattle Don’t ever take your vehicle to this service department, they’re all crooks and lie they will hold your car there and charge you $160. Per item even if they don’t do any work they add 2 digits x after the price of any part and the service writers are using coercive practices and don’t disclose the extra details on other items. They should be closed down because they hire thieves and crooks that charge to much. Price gouging and deception. Worst than government crooks. Shut them down. The Internet Sales Director Ryan W was excellent and took time with me on the phone, through emails and checked back a few days later without any pushiness. He answered all questions and was very thorough, giving us personal attention on every issue, without hurrying us through. We bought our car and were impressed with how our paperwork was done and how thorough and well the process went.

Brought my second Chrysler Van in for service. Had a radio to phone connection issue. Got car back. $170 to diagnose issue with out fixing it. Then I was told you can pay us $750 to put in a new one. Aftermarket is less than a quarter and better graphics. I told manager I was not happy with cost for nothing being done to resolve issue. Game me a song and dance about it still too time to look it over. For that amount they scammed me and lost out on my business and everyone I can persuade away.

Went it to see new Durango. They had what I wanted And it had everything I needed It was a great experience.
