Maria was so great! She helped me find the exact jeep I wanted and kept my mom in the loop about the delivery. When I got the car she walked me threw everything and showed me how to use everything in the car and left me with no questions! Maria was amazing as well as the rest of the dealership they even all wrote me a card for my graduation they truly went above and beyond and I could not recommend baker jeep anymore!

Great car dealership , no BS , no hassle . I had an excellent experience there When I walked in I was so not looking forward to speak to anybody because Based on past experiences I always left feeling that I was ripped off or just unhappy but with a new car . Well let me tell you my experience there totally changed my view when I was greeted by a very nice and knowledgeable lady named Camille who help us through the whole process and made it so easy for us. I got what I wanted and she made sure when we left that place we were happy with our purchase . It was by far the best experience I ever had buying a car . I highly recommend this dealer and if you get Camille as your sales person you are blessed twice!

I had a great experience at Baker Jeep. Me and my girlfriend walked in with no appointment and got helped right away. Camille was excellent. Knowledgeable, funny, and experienced especially with the jeep vehicles. The rest of the team was also super helpful with helping me find the right vehicle while also keeping me on budget. Honestly, this was probably the best experience I’ve had buying a car and I wasn’t even sure what I was looking for. Overall I’m happy with my new Jeep Wrangler.

This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. For context, in the last eight months, I have purchased six vehicles -- all from dealers and all from outside of my state. This car from Baker was a car I bought myself for fun. I bought it on January 14, 2021; I still do not have the license plate on May 24, 2021, and the car sits undriven in my garage. They delayed the processing, sent me for the wrong inspection, and neglected to provide documentation from their dealership to the state, all of which slowed the process. They were defensive at every turn, blaming everyone else for these errors. Today, they called me and told me that they undercharged me by almost $800 back in January, and they will not send me the plate unless I paid them this money. The whole experience feels dirty, and I regret doing business with them.

In the processing of your deal we miscalculated the taxes and fees that your state charges. Not realizing this at first, we continued the process of doing your motor vehicle work. We should have caught the error when the motor vehicle work was not processed properly due not collecting the proper taxes and fees. We did not catch this. All motor vehicle processing continues to lag due to the lingering issues with the pandemic added to the confusion and delay. Your state will not issue license plates until all the taxes and fees are paid. When we finally discovered this, we called you and gave you the bad news. Yours is not the typical Baker experience and we truly regret that we let you down. Changes in staffing and procedures have been implemented to prevent this type of situation from occurring again.

You did miscalculate the taxes, but you paid almost the correct amount anyway. Maybe it was the old staff trying to do the right thing and deliver good customer service, but you sent the state an amount that was only $48 short of the amount due. They sent me this notice requesting the $48, and I passed it along to you. Had you asked me to pay the $48, I would have been pretty cranky. But you didn't ask for $48 that the state was short, but $792. That is $48 that went to the state and $744 to you. To come back four months after the sale and demand more money is unethical. And let's not set aside the fact that it was FOUR MONTHS after the sale. Four months of car payments while my vehicle sat without a license plate in the garage. This was not a pandemic delay; my paperwork sat until I inquired in March. At that point, I was told the hold up was that you needed my insurance card -- which I provided when I picked up the car -- and a VIN inspection -- which in May I was told was the incorrect inspection. Maybe it is all innocent and I am the only customer who has gone through this with you. But it doesn't excuse the fact that I chose to do business with you and paid you almost $60K, and this is how I was treated. The bottom line is that mistakes were made, but you foisted the cost of all of them on your customer. The lack of accountability from Baker is staggering.
