Great Shopping Experience

Everything was great! I don?t like to feel pressured or annoyed by salesmen and that?s why I dreaded car shopping. This was not the case here. The salesman let me do the shopping and he was there to lead me along and answer all my questions. He knew exactly what he was talking about with every car I looked at. There were no complications! Easiest car buying experience ever.

This dealer is awesome. All the vehicles inside not out there in the elements. Fransico very helpful and patient with me going over all the vehicles and options. I would recommend this to all family and friends.. Edith very nice and helpful. Kept my down payment in my pocket. Financed 100%. Thanks to Edith. like all car dealers they can't please everyone, you have to do your own homework, using the carfax is a start. Once you are convince this is the car you want then go look at it and test drive it... Some of these guys are just a sale man they have no ideal where the car has been all they use is the car fax like us. So give them some slack and be nice because you will be a lot happier, beside you can always say no and walk away.... I did brought a car from them and I have done my own homework so I have no regrets and I would buy it again from them or any other dealership that give me a good deal !

I bought my first ever car through Chicago Fine Motors back in May and Cisco was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was able to pinpoint exactly what cars I qualified for and really worked with me. I'd highly recommend them. So far my 2013 Jetta is still treating me well!

Wouldn't let me test drive the car until everything was nearly complete only to discover major drivability issue. They offered to share the cost of repairs. In my opinion a car should not be for sale at a dealer if it's not safe to drive.

This is a very limited review. I contracted the dealership via Cars.com where the question was pulled from the drop down box, "what is your best price on this car?" The dealer sent me and email asking me how they could assistem and I copy/pasted the initial question, "what is your best price on this car?" I received a pleasant but brief reply that, "our prices are low to sell fast and we do not have much room to move." Being in sales, I would never let a lead die like this. They did.

My brother and I both bought Jettas this weekend and we couldn't be happier. The whole staff treated us like family and treated us to coffee and donuts in the AM. Although the dealer was busy on a Saturday, our salesman Tom gave us the attention we needed and helped us negotiate a fair deal. He was straight to the point and was not looking to sugarcoat or be the typical car salesman. Once we save more money, we will be back!
