New Bmw for me!

I went in on a Monday afternoon, picked out the BMW I wanted and left with a list of what was needed. I came back Tuesday morning and wrapped it up in an hour. I brought everything that was requested of me. Many thanks to Cisco and Bob for their outstanding help, both very up front about the deal. This completely shatters the stereotypical "used car" salespeople image that most have. The cars on the lot are in really good condition. I have no problem sending business to this dealership. I love my new "Beamer"!

2006 BMW Z4, series of failures

Bought a Z4 with series of issues coming. The only key was bad after calling several times they were able to get me one, I bought this vehicle in middle in winter and I was able to put down the top in April and the limited by the law warranty had expired and quite honest who drives with top down in winter?. The top did not work and call them to help me out with this matter, they were reluctant stating I was on my own, after back in forth emails they sent me to a shop who just make the top worse and by the way I had to pay for it. Also right after I bought the vehicle the vehicle left me stranded because the starter failed I had to pay for towing, couple of days later left me stranded again, it was the battery I had to pay for the towing again. Very shady place, please check your vehicle for body imperfections and if there are any mechanical issues have them commit in writing for any work promises. Ask to have a mechanic or dealership check the vehicle first and determiner if is worth to buy. Is a shame how they misled the sales and not commit. As of today my TOP does NOT work properly and put the top down and up manually. Tires were bad also had to buy a whole set, suspension was loose and have to have it repair. Will NOT do business with them again nor will recommend to anyone, I own couple business and I do take two extra minutes to make them go away from this place and share my extremely bad experience.

Drove 2.5 hours to look at a car they said was mint. Not only was the car far from mint, it didn't look as if anything had been done to prepare the car for sale. They knew we were coming and still left an empty Red Bull can under the seat. As I looked around at the other cars I found something wrong with almost all of them. Cracked windshields, scrapped paint. If your looking for an import, I'd go elsewhere

Recently went by Chicago Fine Motors to look at two vehicles they had in stock. The whole process took less than 1.5 hours from arrival till leaving with the vehicle we wanted. Very straight forward process with no games.

shady test drive

I went here to look at a Lotus Evora. Despite saying "mint condition", the car had paint problems that were 1-2k to fix. Also after seeing the car and coming back a second time with an appointment to test drive, they tell me I have to make a commitment to buy and run my credit just to test drive a sub 40k car. I drove an hour and a half just to walk out. Do not go here.

This place is full of rats. Do NOT go to FRANCISCO. Do not even go here at all PERIOD. These guys REFUSE to even start negotiating or letting you test run without running your credit. Which is basically done to corner you in and limit your negotiation options while also spiting you and lowering your credit score in case you decide to go somewhere else; because if you go somewhere else you'll either get denied because your credit dropped from several runs and they're hoping you'll come crawling back. And if you don't come back they basically gave you a giant "xxxx You" because they know they ruined your credit by running it multiple times. NEVER GO TO ANY PLACE THAT WANTS TO RUN YOUR CREDIT BEFORE YOU EVEN START NEGOTIATING. Oh and let me tell you about his negotiation: There is NONE! He said the price is what it is and at most can only drop it $200, even if I was approved from a VA loan. NO WHERE I have gone have they said the price "is what it is" from the very beginning. He even said they paid just under $4,000 for the car and would only be making a couple hundred dollars in profit. xxxxxxxx! I know for a fact that they didn't pay for than $2000 for the car because that's it's trade-in value, and dealers NEVER pay more than the trade in value for ANY car they buy; whether it be an auction or a real trade in. The car had several bubbled up rust spots that were painted over for xxxx's sake. I don't have credit for the simple fact that I never take out loans and simply pay all cash, but even Hertz offered 12% interest at the most when I went there 2 years back,; not 20%!!!! Automatic sign of shady company of rats. They even say that the only reason they have a sign out by the streets is because the township forced them to. STAY CLEAR FOLKS; STAY CLEAR!

I had been looking for a used Mercedes Benz C-300 and came across the listing for the car I was looking for. I called and was helped by Cisco who was very attentive and helpful. I had narrowed my search down to 3 cars that I had located and was sold by the responsiveness and communication received by Cisco. I was in the next day and purchased the car with no issues at all. Great experience all around. Keep up the good work. I will be back!

Nice facility but the salesman didn?t follow through on his promises. I owned the car several days before I could drive it. Management did finally step in to make it right.

We drove an hour and a half to buy a vehicle. Almost all vehicles are kept inside. They were very up front, and didnt try to sell me another car. I knew what car I wanted, and the salesman brought us right to it. We were very happy with the overall experience. Worth the drive. Fair pricing for good quality. Complimentary water and snacks while you wait for paperwork, and they put some gas in the tank for me so I didn't go home on an empty tank! The salesman was direct, and addressed the flaws first. Then he went on to explain all of the good qualities about the car. I highly recommend this dealer.
