Really straightforward and easy process. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I didn’t feel pressured at all. Even the General Manager took time to help answer my specific questions.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS CAR DEALER! YOU WILL GET SCAMED! IF IT SEEMS LIKE A GOOD DEAL, IT IS NOT WORTH IT - CARS HAVE MAJOR UNDISCLOSED ISSUES! THEY WILL USE ALL SORTS OF UNETHICAL SALES TATICS ON YOU! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COUKD! Purchased a preowned 2015 Jeep Cherokee from Chicago Fine Motors in June 2019 for $15,500 for our 16 year old daughter. They guys that work here are unethical and not truthful. They will ack like they are so busy and make you sit and wait to see a car. Then, if you are interested, they will extend the waiting process in hopes you will just sign everything. When we asked about the accident on the Carfax, we were told it was just a minor rear end accident (lie). Car visibly looked fine from exterior and underneath. In fact, car looked to be in great condition. Hatchback/trunk floor and spare tire were missing. They promised they would mail to us. They said it was probably just misplaced somewhere in the shop (lie). We asked them to write this into the contract. Rushed us through the process despite waiting for hours to purchase the car. Said they were short staffed because someone had a wedding to attend. Looking back, this was probably a lie too. They want you to be ready to sign and get out of the place by making you wait - wait to see yo car, wait to drive the car, wait for financing, wait tosign papers. Bring the car home. In 2 weeks, check engine light turn on and is overheating. Take to our mechanic. He tells us the car has been in a MAJOR accident. He tells us to get rid of the car right away. Very dangerous to drive - frame is bent, radiator is caving into engine, lots of other engine parts damaged - only visible to a mechanic. This would explain the reason why the trunk floor and spare tire are missing! We contacted Chicago Fine Motors - they agree to have the car towed back to them so they can look at it. We had to pay half the towing cost of $100 cash! They sent some random towing guy to pick up at our mechanic. I had to show up with $100 cash! Very sketchy, but we were hoping to keep thing friendly so we could work things out. They contacted us and said car was fixed. We drove 1 and 1/2 hours to pick up car again. Took it to our mechanic and he said it is not fixed and is dangerous to drive. Get rid of it right away. Contacted Chicago Fine Motors again. The said we have no recourse. They said to go to a Jeep Dealership to see if they would cover under warranty. No warranty covers a car damaged in a major accident! Another way for them to try to make us go away! They offered to buy the car back for $11,000 and resell it for us!! NO THANKS! Refused to return car. Had to fight with them for 6 weeks to get the trunk floor and spare tire that was written in the contract. We receive a trunk floor piece in the mail from EBay that did not fit! Another tactic to make it seem like they are following through, but they probably ordered fir $20 and knew it would not fit! We brought it back to Chicago Fine Motors during one of our visits back. Finally got it ordered from our local Jeep dealership and Chicago Fine Motors paid the bill. Probably only because we had it written into the contract. We got majorly scammed and they knew exactly how to do it. In fact, I'm sure they do it every day. They will try to keep you running in circles until you give up. We lost a lot of money and I'm embarrassed to say, my wife and I have a finance and accounting degree. I just thank God my 16 year old daughter was not hurt of killed in this vehicle! Please learn from our mistake and do NOT purchase anything from Chicago Fine Motors! We ended up purchasing a Toyota RAV 4 that came off a 3 year lease at the Toyota dealership in Naperville, IL. Much better experience!

A must visit in Chicago area if purchasing a clean used automobile. Staff is professional low pressure explained all options on car and worked within my budget to get me onto my new uswd car. Highly recommend Chicago Fine Motors in McCook

Was looking for a good quality used car at a fair price for my son for school and work. Found a 2016 VW Passat at Chicago Fine Motors. Worked with Annette and were able to come to a deal. Annette was outstanding and was more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. My son is thrilled with his new car, and I most definitely recommend Chicago Fine Motors and will go back when I have the need for our next vehicle.

I recently bought a car at CFM. The process was a total breeze. I knew the financial terms I wanted and they were met. Matt was a total professional and really fun to work with. Bob was great about explaining all of the nitty gritty details of paperwork, etc. I LOVE my car. When it had a thermostat issue, Matt arranged to have it taken care of and did so in a timely and super professional manner. I cannot say enough about how I was and have been treated by CFM. I will be a repeat customer.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Bought a Z4 with series of issues coming. The only key was bad after calling several times they were able to get me one, I bought this vehicle in middle in winter and I was able to put down the top in April and the limited by the law warranty had expired and quite honest who drives with top down in winter?. The top did not work and call them to help me out with this matter, they were reluctant stating I was on my own, after back in forth emails they sent me to a shop who just make the top worse and by the way I had to pay for it. Also right after I bought the vehicle the vehicle left me stranded because the starter failed I had to pay for towing, couple of days later left me stranded again, it was the battery I had to pay for the towing again. Very shady place, please check your vehicle for body imperfections and if there are any mechanical issues have them commit in writing for any work promises. Ask to have a mechanic or dealership check the vehicle first and determiner if is worth to buy. Is a shame how they misled the sales and not commit. As of today my TOP does NOT work properly and put the top down and up manually. Tires were bad also had to buy a whole set, suspension was loose and have to have it repair. Will NOT do business with them again nor will recommend to anyone, I own couple business and I do take two extra minutes to make them go away from this place and share my extremely bad experience

New Bmw for me!

I went in on a Monday afternoon, picked out the BMW I wanted and left with a list of what was needed. I came back Tuesday morning and wrapped it up in an hour. I brought everything that was requested of me. Many thanks to Cisco and Bob for their outstanding help, both very up front about the deal. This completely shatters the stereotypical "used car" salespeople image that most have. The cars on the lot are in really good condition. I have no problem sending business to this dealership. I love my new "Beamer"!

2006 BMW Z4, series of failures
