They didn't own the car they sold us. When we brought this to their attention, they said it wasn't their responsibility. Now we have to get the Secretary of State involved. They lied on the listing, saying it hadn't been in any accidents as well as photoshopped 2 photos purporting to be a clean Carfax report. Make sure you double check with Carfax on your own. The sales person was nice enough, the facilities clean.

The listing claimed that the car hadn't been in any accidents, as well as 2 screenshots of a Carfax report taken on a mobile phone. When we spent the money for our own Carfax report, we found that it had been in 2 accidents - 10 years ago.

What a joke! They sold me an Audi A6 a few months ago that burns and leaks over a quart of oil per week (pissing oil everywhere) and I've already had to replace both motor mounts right off the bat (expensive on Audi's of course). So, in 2 months I've had to add close to 8 more quarts of oil since the purchase. I went to Audi for an estimate 3 weeks after I purchased and they said a minimum of $8,500 would be the cost and they would have to remove the entire engine and disconnect the transmission to do the extensive repairs (32 hours of labor) After that, I went to my local mechanic and he told me it'd be around $6,500 to fix everything (apparently leaking in 4 separate places including all timing chain covers) They're not returning my calls and don't seem to care at all. Don't make the mistake that I did avoid them at all cost. At this point just need to sell it to payoff the car loan and I'll be taking a $9,000 loss at least. Biggest mistake of my life trusting these creeps.

He was very helpful From the time I emailed about the car I was interested in, from the time I drove off the lot. I didn't feel rushed and he made sure I understood all my paperwork before signing.
