The Chevy of Bend service department is a complete joke.
The Chevy of Bend service department is a complete joke. I needed to have recall work done on my 2018 chevy and twice Khrys Barnes in service forgot to schedule my appointment and when I finally got in two months later Khrys forgot to order the part. Took the truck in at 8am and now it is 5pm and still waiting for the truck. Don't take anything to this dealer.

First time buying from a dealer.
First time buying from a dealer. Sold me an absolute garbage car. Battery died within a week. Followed by multiple other issues that arrived within a month. Called numerous times and overall was told to get bent. I will never encourage anyone to buy from them. Horrible experience.

Misleading/false advertising for used pickup. Dealership was not willing to make up for their undisputed mistake. Reported to State of OR AG’s office. GM would not respond to concerns expressed to salesperson for the false advertising and still has not been corrected to date.

We were super happy with our experience at Chevy of Bend! Andy and the crew were all super helpful and kind, and we left with exactly what we wanted, both vehicle wise and financially! To top it off, they were all so sweet and accommodating to our wild toddler running around the dealership.

I bought a 2007 WRX from them and it had an oil leak
I bought a 2007 WRX from them and it had an oil leak they said they would fix it just bring it in. So I did they did not fix the problem still leaking when I got home, I called Justin he said bring it back and they would make sure and fix it, so I did when I got back home it still leaked so I took it to a subaru mechanic and got it fixed. now the turbo is bad and so is the engine I asked Justin since the oil leak can cause a turbo to go bad I asked Justin if they would be willing to cover the turbo not the engine I figured $1600.00 instead of the whole amount witch is going to be just over $13,000.00. I have only put 2000 miles on the car since we bought it, since its been in the shop more than not. I believe this is not good customer service since they sold me a car that needs a new engine. I have left messages with the service manager and general manager and no reply. You did not fix the car correctly used the wrong hoses for the turbo so I got that fixed and did not asked to be reimbursed. So now I,m going to be $13000.00 more into this car and a bunch of time I live 15 miles from the dealership and had to take the car back twice.

We were really happy with our experience at Litha Chevrolet in Bend. My wife and I are slow to make decisions. It took us over a month to finally find a vehicle we liked, and even longer to decide to make a purchase. Over this period, everyone at the dealership was helpful, kind and low pressure. As much fun as a urinary tract infection.
No place to park. $1400 for a for a water pump when I brought the vehicle in because the heater did not work. It still does not work. Bought a repair part for another vehicle giving the parts sales person all the correct information. It did not fit. Called the parts department and they said they had one that would work. Went to pick up after 45 min. of waiting the vehicle is not repaired, the new part is the same as the first part, and they would not take the first part back because I tried to install the part they sold me, that they looked up, that should have been correct the first time. Waste of time. Time is money.

So VERY, EXTREMELY, happy with my experience at Chevrolet Cadillac of Bend. If you want a truly respectable, professional, mindful, all-around good experience buying or leasing a new vehicle, Chevy Cadillac is the place to be! I regret this not being my first inquiry, as I had some terribly unprofessional and disappointing encounters elsewhere in Bend at other dealerships (Not affiliated with Lithia). I walked into Chevrolet feeling pretty defeated. I was welcomed and treated with the utmost respect, by Andrew Hetzler. Andrew does his job masterfully! He made my car buying experience, which could potentially be a hassle, a piece of cake! He listened well, handled things seemingly effortlessly, and I walked out over-the-moon happy and contented, with a beautiful vehicle just before the holidays! He did an excellent job following up, and making me feel appreciated as a customer. Which is why I will remain a loyal one, if I am ever in the market again! Thank you so very much Andrew!
