Exceptional SUV Purchase
We found the year/model of SUV we wanted online and drove from Eugene to Bend to see it. Brian Bower was excellent to work with at Lithia, and made the trip worth it. He had a very thorough technical knowledge of the SUV we wanted and carefully made sure we were investing in the right vehicle for the right reasons. We own our cars for a long time and both he and Randy Bowman carefully guided us through Lithia's 100,000 mile extended service agreement. I'm HIGHLY skeptical of 'extend warranties'. Lithia's extended service agreement is unique and we are glad we invested in it. It will save money and extend the useful life of our SUV. During the process we learned first hand that this Lithia dealership stands by their word. Integrity is rarely found at car dealerships. We found it with this team. We'll be back for our next car.

Brian made sure we found the right truck FIRST :)
In the market for a 1/2 ton truck and I shopped 3 different brands and dealerships before pulling the trigger on a new Silverado Trail Boss with Brian at Bend Chevy. Brian was adamant about making sure we narrowed in on the exact right truck for me first... which was a bit tricky because I wanted some of the upgraded package options but needed a bench seat up front to fit my family of 6. Needless to say... WE FOUND IT... though not here in Bend. Brian and I scoped out the just-right-for-me truck and scoured dealerships within 400 miles of Bend, and ended up finding EXACTLY what I wanted on a lot in Redding. Brian had the truck delivered to Bend at no extra cost and I was really happy with the final price (no haggling needed) and promos offered by Chevy. Scott Keller made signing all the docs a breeze and was personal, not pushy like a lot of finance guys can be. The wife has had her eye on a Suburban for a while now and we'll definitely hit up Brian when the time comes to upgrade her minivan with a new burb!

Rushed and unable to schedule
I called to set up an appointment and the phone rang once and instantly disconnected. I called back right away and a gentleman answered very impatiently. I was told I couldn't get my truck in for 3 and a half more weeks. This is unacceptable as I felt I was calling with plenty of time in order to get handled before a long road trip. I regret buying the maintenance package when I bought the truck.

Simple and quick purchasing process
The purchasing process was simple and quick - As I was going to be traveling the next few days, Andrew (Sales Rep) kept in contact and ensured I knew where we were in the process. All I needed to do was come in and sign once I was back. Fast and simple - Thanks!
