WHAT A THRILL TO SEE MYLES T BACK AT THE JOB. HES WONDERFUL. I call him my car spouse because he takes such wonderful care of me and hes always agreeable and just THE BEST. He makes life easy and pleasant and hes more than capable of handling everything with no problem.
I was never notified when my plates and registration were in. I had to call and ask. The temporary plate had expired over a week. I also felt my brand new car was not cleaned on the outside properly. I never purchased a new car from any dealership like that. It was not in the garage when I picked it up but left outside overnight with with dust on bird droppings on it.

very professional and very fast service. I was there less than expected. I arrived early and I didn't know if how long I would be there but the service manager took very good care of me and got me out of there sooner than expected. I ran into my sales person Chuck Schaffer who is wonderful and we chatted for a few. I also got a cup of coffee that was complementary and delicious. I was there for my 10k service so that was free with my purchase of the vehicle so it didn't cost me anything either. I did buy wipers which I thought wore out too fast I only had the car for a few months. not a big deal thanks

Enough is Enough
Do not inquiry about any car from this dealership unless you want them to contact you over and over and over and over again nonstop any time a day up until almost 11 PM at night. They will email spam you to death!! Over 2 weeks I have recieved about 25 emails from 3 different people.....Just be warned..Dont give your number or email!
Frustrating experience after sale
My husband and I bought a new Tiguan at the end of November. Obtaining the permanent registration and transferring our tags would take two weeks, we were told. Over three weeks later after several calls and emails to the dealership, I learned that they couldn't find the titles to my two trade-ins. We had to piece this together on our own. I primarily interacted with the sales manager Vince, who was gruff, unempathetic and acted as if he was doing me a favor by helping me. He refused to apologize. "This isn't my job, but I am the only one working on it." When I spoke to Sheri, the title manager, she apologized profusely and also noted that she had flagged the title issue early on AND that my registration was sitting in her office while I was asking Vince where it was. The whole ordeal took nearly four weeks and were given the Thursday and Friday of Christmas week to get the car inspected. I left a message for Amanda, the sales manager of all the dealerships in the complex, to discuss my experience. That was two weeks ago she never returned my call.
