I was very happy with the service on my appointment 7/19. Juan was great!
Our experience was great . Came in with bad tire, they fixed it rt away !
I believe the gentlemans name that helped me was Andrew. He was very professional, efficient, and courteous. He knew I had to leave shortly after noon to pick up my daughter as it was a waiting appointment. Andrew saw the time running short, checked on the car, and after repairs, removed it from the line of other cars waiting to leave so I could head right out of the lot. I was so impressed with that. He is amazing. I would have never made it otherwise.

Jose, My Service Rep, was/is truly exceptional and he and all the staff that served me directly were absolutely wonderful...i have no complaints with any of them nor have i ever; and am grateful for the hard work they all do and their integrity, honesty and true professionalism- Porsche should be very very proud!!! my only gripe is the driveway into Porsche is still potholed and a hazard for cars getting in and out....plus the people who own the dealership have a major problem with a true lack of space and although their valet service tries to take the headache away from the customer to find a space to park, you still have some customers who park just a few inches wrong and seal every one in......time to find a new home or re-imagine the use of the limited space- it hurts the dealership at least cosmetically .............................
