The service representative was very helpful, professional and timely.
I visited Cherry Hill Imports service department with a problem. They had a service tech ride with me and the problem could not be duplicated. The problem started to occur more frequently and I returned. The service tech diagnosed the problem and explained the problem and solution. A satisfied customer
I had a bubble on the side of my tire and came to the dealer on a Saturday without an appointment. The tire was replaced in a reasonable amount of time and all issues were handled with courtesy and professionalism. I will return for future service issues
Customer service was good. Car came in for service and out same day. The shuttle service was great so I was able to get to work, and they offered a return trip when the car was done.
Service Director was amazing
The service director came out and greeted me and treated me first class. I believe his name was Chris. Really made me feel very welcome. Place is very clean.
Terrific repair experience
Cherry Hill Imports did a fabulous job with a Jetta repair. It was a seamless experience. Even bringing back the loaner car (which I'm now interested in buying after enjoying the ride) was simple and painless. I had parked in an open space when a repair person walking by made a point of asking if he could help. He redirected me to where I should park. Someone immediately offered to transfer my things from the loaner car to my repaired car. Very impressive!
This review makes me sound really pretentious
I had work done to my car this past week. Other than the cost of the repair itself (which was understandably expensive) there were 2 things I would change about my experience. The first would have been the cleanliness of the courtesy car that I was given. When I got in, there were crumbs in the front console and all over the front seats. There was also trash in the back seat and on the floor. I mean, it was still a very nice brand new Atlas so I guess I can't complain. It was just a little gross getting into a dirty car. I also didn't clean the previous driver's mess up and gave the car back how I got it, so maybe that's just as bad. The second thing I would change is the availability of the service clerks. I felt like every time I tried calling, no one was available. It felt like a weeklong game of phone tag. Someone did always call back, but it was still mildly frustrating. These are all first-world problems, so it's really not that deep. Nothing particularly egregious happened during my visit and I'm still going to go back for service in the future-- I just can't give a full 5 stars for this experience.

My experience with my 60,000 mile service checkup
Myles in the service department was just a gem! Totally courteous, very friendly, and completely reliable. An absolute pleasure to do service business with!
Wheel and tire service
For the past twenty years I have purchased or leased from CH Imports and had serviced at CH Imports. three A8s and three 6 series including one S6 which I currently lease. I consider CH Imports a highly valued partner with me in my automobile experience. Service is outstanding thanks in particular to Myles Tamburrino and Bill Owens. Most recently a tire and wheel problem occurred on a weekend. Without an appointment I brought the car to CH Imports on Monday morning. Bill Owens promptly, assessed the service required and most appreciated provided me with a courtesy loaner vehicle enabling me to get on my way and meet my schedule for the day. My current lease on my S6 is about to end in September. The combination of the product Audi puts on the road and CH Imports sales and service will result in me looking forward to another new Audi.
