I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Edgar was amazing. He was very knowledgeable & personable. They really went to bat for me with the bank so they that I could get financing for the vehicle I really wanted.

The cars they show online are not actually on the lot. Most of what they do have is beat to heck, poor quality, and lots of mechanical and aesthetic problems - do not waste your time here!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I bought a car and six days later it broke down and would not start or run. The car needs a new engine and the dealership accused me of racing the car and accused me of redlining the car. needless to say the dealership absolutely refused to do anything to fix the car. So now I have a very expensive paper weight. f your going to buy a car from these people take the car to your mechanic to get the car checked out because once you leave that lot they font care to help you. What a ripp off.

I spoke to a sales lady on March 18th about a car and told her I would be back on March 19th. I get there and I'm talking to her about the car and another salesman sold the car right out from underneath me. Then they tried to sell me another car which I was seriously considering. I noticed it had three bald tired and I told the salesman that I didn't think that was safe to be on the road and I asked him to either put new tires on it or offer me a better price and I would put tires on it myself. It just was not safe under those conditions to be on the road. He refused to make it right and he refused the offer that I made. I was going to take the car down right then and put new tires on it but he wouldn't even discuss it. I will never buy a vehicle from this lot nor will I refer anyone to it. Just bad business principles. And why would a dealership sell somebody a nice car with bald tires on it and take the chance of that being a road hazard. Again, just bad business practices.

My review got deleted or hidden. So I am reposting it. The problem is still not fixed. Update on 08/19/20. I would give 0 stars if I could. Here is the summed up review if you don't want to read every single detail: - bought the car with cash. The car had no backseat headrests, old two front tires, old spark plugs, coolant leak - only $400 deducted from selling price - bought my vehicle in late January. Have yet to receive my plates, registration tags, and title - was told the delay was because of "missing signatures" on a title and that COVID is further delaying the process - my next step is to contact the department of transportation and the department of motor vehicles Addition: - DMV investigator says his investigation has revealed evidence of two violations: failed to timely transfer title and misuse of E-tags - my complaint has been forwarded to a state attorney assigned to this case. Nothing is going to happen from that. He has bigger issues on his plate. - It has been over a month since my first initial contact with the DMV and Cherati still has yet to resolve this issue - I have contacted the FTC regarding my issue - Right now my only option is to return the car and demand a FULL refund. I am not paying for Cherati's mistake. Here's the long version: I first bought my car with cash late January. At the time, everything seemed fine. Keyword: Seemed. The saleswoman, Cyndi, and even Aaron Grovey were very polite and it was a quick process. At the time, I knew I was purchasing (with cash) a vehicle with no backseat headrests and old front tires. Only $400 was taken off the selling price. But even Cyndi said "why do you need head rests?". Because it's unsafe. She asked someone if the head rests were still in their possession and they said no. I didn't think about checking the vehicles photos on the website until after I purchased the car, and there were the head rests. Where they were suppose to be. In the car. Three weeks after I got home, I needed to change the spark plugs and needed to fix a coolant leak. It is now seven months past when I bought my vehicle. I have yet to receive my license plates, registration tags, and car title. I have been issued multiple temporary tags so I could still drive legally. I have called and called and emailed and emailed the dealership trying to figure out what was the hold up. The latest excuse I have received from Britny was "there are a few signatures we are missing on some of the paperwork for your title and am hunting down the proper documents to be able to push it through... ...COVID has made it very difficult for us to able to do so in a timely manner." This was a red flag for me. If you do not have a title for a vehicle then DON'T SELL THE VEHICLE. I emailed the DMV and he took a month to learn things I already knew. They failed to timely transfer my title (because THEY dont even have one) and they are misusing E-tags. They are giving me temporary tag after temporary tag because they are dragging their heels with this issue. I have emailed Cherati a week ago and threatened to demand my refund. They have not responded. Probably because they are worried that I will carry through with my threat. Well guess what. I will. I have emailed the FTC now. If I need to, I will contact Star Telegram and the news. This was my first car buying experience and Cherati has made this memory HORRIBLE. I am going to go to the lot and return the vehicle and demand a full refund. I will not accept anything less. They took advantage of a young adult even while my FATHER was there because they knew I had no experience whatsoever. Do. Not. Buy. From. This. Dealership.

Aaron and his friendly staff were a perfect 10 out of 10 in my hunt to find the right car. They made things simple, even though I was from out of state, and they went out of their way to help out after the actual purchase was complete. I recommend them highly and would happily deal again with them with confidence.

They canceled my loan an took my 3k Down payment. Will not give my 3k back. Will be getting a lawyer! I’d advise you not to shop with this dealer!!

At 64 years old, I never felt a need to write about any car dealer, as they were usually, uh, lack-luster, at best! ;) You know it! The usual ploys and techniques, the waiting game, etc......the thought of going to yet another car-dealer tempted me to have a headache as, too often is the case, you have to be so on-your-guard, even cynical, about the whole process. That all changed when I discovered Cherati Motors, through CarGurus, online. I first interacted with Tatiana, who I found to be refreshingly professional, yet personable, attentive, and enjoyable to work with, all at the same time. She was prompt with responses, patient,helpful, and made me feel like I was a real person, not just another customer. I know it sounds like a general statement, but she really was great. And what about the owner, Aaron, that I also needed to deal with......how would he be? Turns out, he was a down-right pleasure to work with! So genuinely interested in my satisfaction, friendly, attentive, also personable, jovial, great sense of humor, patient, and sun-shiney disposition.....all the characteristics that make a 'true' car-dealer great......not to mention the excellent cars they had on hand!! I've heard it said, that when you're in retail, you're not just selling a product, you're selling yourself! And so it was a rewarding experience to work with these fine people! Of course I'd recommend them to friends and family......Wouldn't go anywhere else....You know it! :D......God bless....

Ricky the sales rep was sincere and not pushy. Even offered to bring me some food from home, when coming back from his lunch. Said, one of the owners was straight talking and a good business man. Kevin, the finance officer, made me a sweet deal and explained every detail to make sure I understood what was going on. You might think this was enough, but since I have some financial issues at the moment, to get me into the car they sold me the car way under the retail value. The did in house financing at an interest so low, I won't even tell you what it was. The owner then lowered the price even further to the point where I was paying just a hair above their cost. I've bought 2 dozen used cars in my life and I've never experienced a dealer like this. I have no reservations about supporting this dealer. If you like their selection of cars, go see them, no BS.
