When looking for a new car I tried to stay local in jersey. In this market they wouldn't budge on there marked up veichles. I reached out to Ed Simpson in PA and got me the best deal I could imagine on a brand new truck. Ed was patient and very responsive. Kept me in the loop the entire time. This was my first time ordering a car sight unseen and Ed was a true asset through the whole process.

My salesman was very helpful and was very knowledgeable.I am so glad I went their and bought my first car from them. I normally lease and have been leasing for years and I wanted to buy this vehicle as I will be retiring soon. I love my new escape and wouldn?t when anywhere else to buy one. The really am happy with dealership.

Oh god never again!

Sales rep didn?t know anything about the vehicle, tried to open a part of the center console that clearly didn?t open. Sales manager, didn?t return calls after he assured us the car just passed their inspection (a week later my mechanic felt the car was unsafe to even drive off the lot). We asked for three things with our purchase which they agreed to: 1. Full detail... the car literally had chewed gum shoved in one of the seatbelts AFTER it was ?detailed? then the second time they detailed it (only took 45 minutes) there was a layer of dust/dirt on the front seat. 2. All weather floor mats... They agreed to new mats, when they were finally in, they took used floor mats from a completely different car and shoved them under the pedals, and said there, I told him that one that?s not what we agreed to and two, that?s completely unsafe.. they reluctantly agreed to order me new ones, which they agreed to in the first place. 3. A tonneau cover.. I was willing to take the used one off of a different truck on the lot, the ?knowledgeable? sales manager didn?t measure the other one correctly and had to order me a brand new one (this probably angered him which is why they try to cheap out on the floor mats) When I got the tonneau cover installed, the mechanic left a blue tooth speaker on top of the truck and dented the new cover.. so they said they would replace it... the service department manager said he would call me in three days when the cover came in to schedule a time.. three weeks later I called for him, he didn?t take the call and pushed it onto someone else who apologized for his boss not calling me back... it took nearly three months to complete the purchase, every department I interacted with treated me with such little service and respect, I couldn?t recommend not using this dealership enough, top to bottom they?re incompetent and bad at what they do, they give used car dealers the reputation they have.

Had 10:30 am appointment, arrived at 10:15. Service manager, Tom, told us it would be finished by 3:00 pm and he would call us when completed. He called at 1:00 pm and we arrived at 1:30. We were very pleased with the prompt service.
