I had purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima n liked it a lot , warren crooks was the sales guy I dealt with , I had that car n I than decided I wanted a better one I came back to warren n told him I wanted the full loaded Altima so warren made sure I was happy n wanted me to have it n that's exactly what he did . Now I got my 2016 Altima n now I'm even happier he is the best thanks warren !!!!!
From the moment we sat down Warren was concerned with getting me in the vehicle I wanted and even though I did not purchase my vehicle after my first visit he still followed up and went above and beyond to find me the best possible deal for me.
I purchased my 2011 Nissan Maximum 5 years ago at the dealership. I did my homework, knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. The entire purchase experience was great. I have always taken my car to be serviced at this dealership and every time I have gone with or without an appointment, the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. Sitting in the service department, you get to hear other people talked and I have always had people talk about their service and purchase experience - same has mine - Awesome Customer Service!
Chapman Nissan - Dealer Extraordinaire
I am a loyal Nissan owner. This is my second car from Chapman Nissan. Chapman has taken an otherwise problematic experience and streamlined it and made it enjoyable. First, high marks go to Carrie Allison, the Owner Loyalty Manager. She has remained in touch and concerned about the 1st purchase, 18 months ago. I reached out to her about a second car and she put in in touch with Dave Dowd. He provided available options and when the time came to come into the dealership, he turned me over to George Carris, a most knowledgeable sales rep that got me in and out of the dealership in two hours. Kudos also go out to Chris Casey, the finance manager. I have always had a love/hate experience in buying cars. Chapman has turned that into a good experience all around. To sum up, good selection, very accommodating, excellent service. Well worth the visit.
I've purchased three vehicles from this dealership ,and have had good experiences, from any one I've had dealings with, from the salesman, to fiance person.
"Deceitful used car salesmen" Don't buy a used car!
I purchase a used car a 2009 chevrolet Malibu . I ended up having the worst sales experience of my life. This place does not believe the customer is always right and does not strive to hold up their end of a buying deal. The first day I took the car off the lot, the cable came off. Secondly, the sales man chris did not stress to me that the care need actuators needs replacement. If he would have told me that, I would not have purchase the car, I bought the car 7-3-2015,and today 7-20-2015, the car will not start. When your buying a used car, you don't have time to review every thing that is written down. Don't buy a used car from chapman nissan. I tried call Carrie Allison at chapmannissan, and of course no answer. I payed $440.00 at chapmannissan chevrolet for repairs. This is a financial lost. Presently, the car is not running. I feel I was defrauded by the dealership. I thought I was purchasing a car, not a junk heap. The as is contract I signed is no defense for fraud.
Deceitful used car salesmen
Came to Nissan to trade in my 2012 versa for another car and ended up having the worst sales experience of my life. This place does not believe the customer is always right and does not strive to hold up their end of a buying deal. The car I chose on the lot had some cosmetic damage and the worst of it all was damaged rims. The salesperson Chris told me he would fix the rims even if he had to take it out his commission so I took the car in an agreement to bring it back to have the rims resurfaced. The next day comes and I speak to Chris about the rims and he says I have to pay $100 for the most damaged rim and he will pay the rest. Then when the shop quotes a price of $75 a rim he reneged on the deal saying it will be all of his commission to pay the amount asked for the other rims to be fixed. He says he will only pay $100. So I say I'm bringing the car back and he says I can't and he can't do anything else for me. This was a deceitful sale and I did not agree to pay to fix these rims with the purchase. I will never buy from here again. The worst salespeople and the managers don't care to assist the customer either. Go to Piazza Honda, much better service and they don't deceive you.

My experience at Chapman Nissan was wonderful. Everyone there treated me like I am a person. Chapman Nissan really shows you that they really do care about people. I was very nervous about going because other places had been running me around like crazy. My situation was not good and the staff said that they work with all types of credit problems. My saleman was Santos. He really showed me that they really do care and they all will try there hardest to get you a deal for a car. My spirits were really down but between Santos and the other staff I was able to relax. I do know that there are good people in this world and the staff at Chapman Nissan showed me this. I called the service department and the guy that answered the phone was rude from the start. Did not introduce himself, no hello or anything, and asked right away if i was calling to schedule an oil change. At the end of the call he just hung up without saying thank or goodbye or anything. Very rude.
My first new car
Everyone at Chapman Nissan was AMAZING! The staff was incredibly friendly and they worked within our needs and budget and found us a car at the exact price range we were aiming for! We will ABSOLUTLEY be back the next time we are in the market for a new car!
