This is the 3rd car I’ve gotten at Chapman. They go out of there way to make you have a great experience. Both my grand children drive Nissans. Bought a new car this week and was in and out in 2 hours.

Didn’t fix my issue

I have been to Chapman Nissan twice in the last few weeks. Originally going in for a oil change found out I had to buy 4 new tires. I purchased the tires that came with tire rotation and wheel alignment. 3 days after leaving I get malfunction error in my car. I never had any issue with vehicle before Chapman touched my car. I take my car back they charge for diagnostic and repair. Just to make it 5-10 mins off the lot to get the same malfunction error on vehicle

This is the worst dealership ever. Refused to replace my washer motor although the car was still under manufacturer warranty. Referred me to consumer affairs and consumer affairs referred me back to the dealership stating that its was to their discretion. I always bought 1-2 year old cars still under manufacturer warranty and never had to deal with situations like that. Lousy customer service !

Went into dealer expecting to pay the price listed here on their site, but they increased the price by around $2000 because I didn’t use their finance company. I’m buy cars kind of often and I know when you pay cash to the dealer it’s usually cheaper but the salesman told me that the price on the website is only if you use their finance company, which it doesn’t say anywhere on here. My wife really wants the car from here but I’m trying to talk her out of it honestly because it just doesn’t seem like good business practice to me.

please do not bring your car to this place they will rip you off I came in no check engine light I left with a check engine light I believe they put old sensors on my car to try to get some work they wind up charging me close to $1,000 please do not bring your car to this place..I'm trying to speak to corporate on what was done to me and how I was treated at this place

They don't care anything about an individual how hard you work for your own money they are just bent on ripping you off stealing from you and then lying to you right to your face I will never take my car to another Nissan dealerships

I'm completely turned off by Nissan even talking to corporate they were sorry that this happened to me but they're not trying to do anything as far as help me retrieve my money . this is the kind of world we live in nowadays where people can rip you off and get away with it it's just really a shame it really is what people won't do for money

again some people will think that these are the best people in the world if you want to be foolish enough to go ahead and deal with these people and let them rip you off that's on you if you've had good experiences with them maybe you just got lucky my ill will advise do not take your car to these people

Ordered a tire from chapman Nissan. Had to prepay for it.( Never had to prepay before at other nissan dealers). I was told nissan would call when it came in. Service man named ANDY said to come in ANYTIME because all they had to do is put it on. After a week NO CALL. I had to call and i finally got someone who put me on hold for a considerable amount of time. I just hung up. Called back up and the service guy asked if i got his message saying that the tire was in. No MESSAGE ON MY PHONE. SO i told the service guy i would be in in morning. Had a call from VA hospital. Things had changed. Got there at 3:30 and was talked to rudely by a service saying that i should come in the morning. ANDY said anytime. At any rate i would not be returning here for anything. The xxxx tire would still be here if i had not called. And your female service tech need to watch how she speak to customers

Today, I visited Chapman Nissan for the first time. I was extremely disappointment in the level of service I received. I met with the car salesperson and discussed a price for the car I wanted. Next, the sales manager Marty came over basically to tell me he couldn’t honor the price the salesperson quoted me and ushered us out the door. Never asked if I wanted to pay the higher price just bluntly thanked us for coming and said goodbye. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to Satan himself. Please do yourself a favor & not waste your time at this dealership.

Refused to provide me a lease quote because I submitted too many inquired over a 1 year period. Sales manager called me to tell me there are plenty of Nissan dealers in the area and I can go lease a vehicle somewhere else. Then he hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Notified management about the inappropriate behavior and have not heard back. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

I scheduled a appointment to have my car serviced after picking up my car they called me and said the cost will be 200 more because the had to order the pieces being as it was a Volvo brand. Im upset because they could have told me this issue when I first made the appointment because I explained to them the brand of vehicle I was getting serviced. now Im having a problem trying to get my vehicle back I can't get nobody on the phone
