Left in the dark.
Work was done but got no updates during the day as usual. I had to text twice with no response finally had to call and was put on hold after 10 minutes was told the car was ready. Dropped car off at 8 did not get the car until 4 with no updates in between.

Lack of customer centric practices
It was an ok experience. I usually go to Nissan of turnersville because I have a relative close by and can drop off. But they are more customer centric. They wash the car, they don’t leave the paperwork on the seat. They explain what they did and hand you the paperwork. This provides more confidence. Your people need to be more professional. I have your sales department every opportunity to sell me the car. I told them what other dealers were quoting and they walked away from it.

I brought my car to get fixes air censer malfunction came back home found out logo on the engine cover missing and air filter cap not closed probably and missed one clipper I went back and asked they had all kinds of excuses and they said my car didn’t have it, when I asked the inspection video they supposed to send it to me and never did to prove it to and dared the manager $5000 from me and he doesn’t have to put $5000 , just proves it to me. Finally he made all the video gone even the inspector evidence, I can see his face is full of shame.

Had my Nissan 350z in for service to check for some undercarriage damage due my own negligence. Great communication from the service desk in scheduling an appointment to showing me via text and video what was wrong with my vehicle with pricing for the fix. They were very accommodating and respectful and even allowed me to bring in my own parts for install! They even offer free Lyft rides to and from the dealership while my car was worked on!! Overall Chapman Nissan was a great dealership to work with and the service is above and beyond in all levels. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in this area.
