Traveled up to Scottsdale from Sierra Vista, and bought a great Toyota at a Ford dealership! Yeah, I'm just as surprised as you are, but it was a 100% fantastic experience with the purchase and my trade-in. Shout out to my salesman Anh Tran and finance guy, Steven Turai. Great experience! I would highly recommend this dealership for your Ford or other branded, used car purchase.

My wife, an Asian immigrant, went here to look at a Ford

My wife, an Asian immigrant, went here to look at a Ford Ranger that was listed on the internet. Although we are wealthy, we don’t flaunt wealth. Perhaps the salesman considered her a pauper since she was there to look at a base model since it will be a work truck for our ranch. He made it clear they only had fully loaded models, “To pricey for you”. Who says something like that to a stranger? A potential customer?? He didn’t even take the time to introduce himself!!! No business card? xxx? Clearly doesn’t think she can afford a car! While I don’t mind dealing with crappy people everyday and I can withstand a little abuse, it really upsets me that someone would treat my wife, the kindest and most gentle person I’ve ever met, like she’s trash. Went to Bell ford and bought a car from a real salesman

Chapman Ford is advertising vehicles that they do not

Chapman Ford is advertising vehicles that they do not have in their inventory. nor are they available at all, nor are they on order to their lot - they are special order vehicles (and vehicles that you cannot order at the moment). The fact that Chapman is advertising these vehicles (showing "5 miles" and with a specific color/model/package) is super misleading, and frankly, bad business.

I don’t see that you have been in our store since 2020; However, we apologize you inquired about a vehicle that was an incoming unit. When Ford puts a vehicle into production it automatically shows on our website. We do try to pull those pre-sold vehicles off our website as soon as they come up but if they fall on a weekend we could miss it for a day or two. Chapman service was exceptional! I have a new F-150 that I’ve completed all service at Chapman even though I bought it at a different dealer. What I appreciate is their clear communication and positive experience delivered when I arrive. In addition, if they make a mistake—-they fix it. None of us are perfect—it’s about how you fix it and make it right. Bob is one of their service leaders and he supports his team in delivering great service! Thanks Bob!

From initial order through delivery Michael Brill was pleasant and honest. Whenever a question would arise he would try to answer and if he did not have the answer he would find someone who did. There was never any typical dealer bs one expects. I did have to pay full MSRP and about a $1000 in add on but for a MachE that was expected. The price did increase after the order was submitted but the dealership honored the original price. there was no attempt to increase the price from what was initially agreed to. I was impressed buy Chapman Ford and especially Michael Brill.
