DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. In April or May of 2021, I purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue from this dealership. Biggest mistake of my life because now I am paying for it. For an entire year, I have been calling them to let them know the car is in bad condition. They never did anything to help me. NEVER. The power steering is bad, the struts and links are broken, the break lock system is broken (which caused me to get into an accident btw), the transmission is bad, the engine is bad (it won’t stop shaking, mentioned that to them within the first month). Do not buy a car from this dealership. You’ll absolutely regret it. Since I’m on a car loan, I can’t get rid of the car. I can only forewarn other people. Don’t do it. I was so happy because they worked with my credit but all they did was put me in a very janky situation. Also Chris the finance manager needs to be fired ASAP. ASSAAPPP. He gotta go. He going to put you in a bad BAD situation.

The worst experience ever at a dealer. Email, and called and spoke with sales people and managers about a vehicle advertised online. Verified the price, got the loan approved, and drove 230miles one way to Houston to purchase. When I arrived the vehicle was locked up and then I was told the vehicle was $19,000 not the $15,400 advertised. They kept trying to push me into another car. Just decided to leave after I got nowhere. Will look elsewhere…

They really let me down
I really wish that I had read the reviews before having someone drive me 1 hr 45 min this morning to purchase a vehicle only for me to literally be told by the salesperson that they price vehicles on their website just to get people to come in. The car is advertised on their website as being a certified pre-owned with a final price of 20,990 but that did not include an additional $3,000 for the vehicle to be certified. It was already listed as being certified so how can you be charged an additional fee for something that's not optional. I was already pre-approved by my bank for that car at the price it was listed for and was so excited that I was going to be going home today with the car that I've been searching for for almost a year. I don't know how they get away with doing this to people. I truly am crushed 🥺

This dealership is the worst. I don’t recommend anyone to do business with this dealership. I have had an ongoing issue since last year, and I keep getting the run-around, and no one seems to care unless someone is trying to buy a vehicle there.

I will never return to shop this dealership. It was the most frustrating car buying experience I have ever been through in my nearly 65 years of life. Car was advertised on cars.com for 24,750. I called to verify the information and availability. Drove 2.5 hours to buy the car the next morning. Upon arrival, the dealership made us wait an hour before anyone helped us. After test driving the car, we were put in a sales cubicle and waited another 45 minutes before a salesman came to discuss the car. He presents a deal sheet that shows the price of the car at 38,750! I was taken aback! After refusing to agree to this new price, the dealership proceeded to run an additional five (5) more salespeople out to us, including the sales manager. I continued to insist that they sell me the car for their advertised price, but they only reduced their price to 29,750. Needless to say, we left. We drove across town to our second choice on cars.com, the dealer promptly let us test drive, we went inside and purchased the car within an hour, including arranging our financing! We went down the street to eat dinner, when we came back our car was cleaned, filled up and ready to go! We will definitely shop this second dealer again! But I will tell anyone who will listen to stay as far away from Central Houston Nissan as they possibly can!

Alex took care of me when I had to have my car serviced. Any questions or concerns I had he answered in a timely fashion. This is actually my second time working with him when I’ve brought my car to Nissan. Both times he’s been great and if I ever have to go back I will definitely request him.
