I dont usually write reviews but when i do, they are TRUE!!! I dont always believe all of what some people write, think maybe they are BS... But wanted to share this with you, the TRUTH and no BS. !! I purchased a new Cadillac XT4 last Friday and in my past buying exp. I have had dealing with New car dealers, I always hated the process, BS and GAMES you have to go thru. I got with the salesman, Mr. Leon Burtnett, (COACH) as they call him, he was a past Big 10 College coach for Purdue and went in KNOWING it was going to be a Hassle and a fight dealing with these guys. I WAS WRONG!!! I HATE TO ADMIT IT!! Coach went out of his way to make sure i got the best cash deal. They gave me a FAIR trade in, (I cant believe im even saying this) but I got a good FAIR deal and very pleased with the deal AND a great FAIR trade in price!! Coach went over everything, more than he should have, to make sure I knew everything about my new vehicle. THIS WAS A GREAT deal i got from Central Cadillac with NO BS, GAMES, SMOKE and Mirrors and will trade every 2 years BUT I will ONLY deal with Coach, Mr. Leon Burtnett. He shot me straight, NO BS, NO GAMES and to be honest, this was the BEST xxxx buying exp. I ever had buying a new vehicle, Salesman or dealership!!! Coach will take care of you, will go to bat for you and most of all, BE HONEST WITH YOU!!!

Dexter is a great salesman. So if ur interested in a new cheverolet go to central cheverolet in Jonesboro arkansas and ask for dexter. They will work hard to get u what u want. They have never let me down.

The sales man was good. But the finance manager did not try to help in any way. Offered less for my trade than other chevy dealers. Did not have good people skills. Went to another dealer and got the same truck for less and they worked with us to get the payments where we wanted them.

Parts department problems

Ordered floor liners in person at the parts department to insure I got the right ones. Called for 4-5 days before finally speaking to Cody in parts who said they were in. I drive an hour to Jonesboro to find that they are not in. Cody says well I can ship them to you. I thought that would be awesome. So I give him a $100 and $25 Chevy rewards voucher as partial payment and go for my card to pay the balance. He said “don’t worry about the difference, we have a little wiggle room on the price.” This was on a Wednesday so on Friday I call to verify that they’d been shipped only to find Cody had quit. Now the dealership will not honor the price Cody promised me. It seems that working with management at this dealership is impossible. I hate being made to be a liar but this is exactly the way I’m being made to feel.

Worst experience ever

Purchased a car in October 2018, as of mid January 2019 we still don't have the title. No follow up has been done as to why. Called every week with no one contacting me back, or was hung up on. Was hung up on 6 times IN A ROW one day. Finally had someone write a special letter so I could register my vehicle, when I went to the DMV I was informed that the other paperwork was filled out incorrectly and could not register it. They (DMV) informed me the car was in suspense when I purchased it and that should have been taken care of by the dealership. Not to mention I was never given temporary tags, they placed the plate from the trade in car on the new vehicle. Hands down the worst.
