Horrible customer service! Worst I've had! Joe was an absolute jerk with me as I was asking questions. If you don't have time or patience to answer SIMPLE car questions don't place car ads. Not sure how there is any good reviews about this dealership with the customer experience I encountered.

just wrote review for them in google and I'm sure they are well deserved. Recently bought a used vehicle from here and I am honestly really impressed. This was one of the better car buying experiences I’ve had, so major kudos to Joe and Sam for helping me out.

Super impressed with this dealership. Not at all what you'd expect in a "city" dealership. Spotlessly clean, open, bright . . . and friendly. Plenty to choose from. Didn't feel pressured at all. And they were very flexible (I can be kinda demanding). Great on the price. Highly recommend this store! i know some people scared about salvage but you fill comfortable when they let you to take it to your own mechanic shop or local dealer to check, they also give us warranty as no cost.

me and my wife bought a 2018 Ford Ecosport Titanium from Joe(Caspian Auto).first of all Owner manual was not with the vehicle so they order new ones. BUYER BEWARE! TheY have a truck listed as "no accidents, clean title" yet the VIN shows it was involved in an accident, was totaled and is now under a salvage title. I took screenshots but no way to post them. SUPER SHADY LISTING.
