Not good customer service. They will treat you just like another sale. Asked about a $2k gps add on and finance manager was rude and stated it wasn’t getting removed and if I didn’t like it I can go somewhere else
BAIT AND SWITCH
Made a verbal deal with us and then backed out of it. Claimed they made a mistake and the car was already sold to someone else. But asked if we would pay $3,500 more. When we said no, they went back to the story that the care was already sold. They also imposed a $1,995 "GPS" fee if we paid cash for the car. They apparantly only want to make high profit finanace sales. Our perfect credit score turned them off. Wasted a whole day with them.

The price that was listed was not the actual price of the car there was a “GPS fee”. All cars come standard with GPS. This was a fraudulent fee.
Not the price offered online
They are definitely putting fake prices online. I went for a car, then they told me that they have already put a $2000 gps thief something system on it that nobody will use it unless the whole vehicle was stolen. And anybody tell me isn’t that a simple device of dozens of dollars can do the same thing? They told me they cannot remove it, but other dealers from other places told me that they can remove that on their cars and the price is much much lower than this lot even anyone choose to keep it. The most disappointing thing is that even they are called dealer, they do not really deal. No bargain.
Questionable ethics, ratty cars.
Classic predatory bait and switch. They told me the prices online are wholesale prices and the $9500 Hyundai I wanted to look at was actually $18,000. Then the sales dude told me the prices hadn't been updated yet. Well, which is it? Also, there was much confusion as to whether the car was a manual or stick, and the salesman had no idea what lot it was on. Another thing of note, every car in the lot looked like insurance totals. Not one of the cars that we saw didn't have major obvious body damage that have been poorly prepared. I wouldn't buy a car from this lot and I also wouldn't recommend any of my friends by cars from this lot, the quality is that bad and their ethics are questionable.
🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋 I recently went to Car World because I was referred to this dealership. I checked out the website and the prices were great. I checked out the reviews and they were great as well. Only to discover that the website was not honest and the reviews had to be filtered. I purchased a Jeep from them that was extremely overpriced but unfortunately I ran through the process and didn’t realize it until after. Me being a responsible person decided that next time I’ll pay attention so now I’m stuck with my mistake. But as long as it’s a good vehicle 🚗 that will be a plus. Took the jeep to receive a diagnostic to discover the transmission was going out. I was on the freeway and the car was stalling in the middle of traffic. I was horrified. Called CAR WORLD and they put up a fuss but decided to send a tow truck to pickup vehicle. Now as a single parent I’m stuck renting a car after giving car world almost $10,000 for a down payment 3 days prior. I ask them to trade me into a better car and with a fight they eventually agreed. I was happy. Yet, hoping that the second care wouldnt be a lemon 🍋 also . Took it to get diagnosed as well and of course the diagnostic discovers countless issues and discovered that the dealership intentionally tries hiding the issues of their cars . This dealership puts lives in danger without remorse. Each time I’ve visited the dealership after my purchase there have been countless customers at dealership complaining about their car needing to be fixed. This place is an operation of selling junk cars that loook good . Please don’t give these people your money to put your life in danger.
DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR HERE!
Someone had reached out to me on Facebook about a car I was selling. I told that person upfront that the minimum I would sell my car for is $10,500 as I had listed it for sale for $11,500. They insisted that I come in so they can see the car and give me a price. I went out of my way to to drive 45 minutes to this dealership and wasted my time. When I arrived I asked an associate if someone by the name Alex was here about possibly selling my car. He pointed to him and told me that person in the tie was him. When Alex walked over I asked him if he was Alex and he lied and told me he wasn’t even though he was. I asked a different associate if Alex was here and said they would look for him. I continued to wait and no one came out. I went up to the receptionist and asked if Alex or Mike could help me and Alex (the one who lied and said he wasn’t Alex) said I’d have to continue to wait. The receptionist also started biting her fingernails as she was talking to me! When Alex finally decided to come talk to me, he lowballed me $8,000 without even looking at the car and just looking at the car fax. I told him no and then offered me $9,000. Again, I told him no and what my expectation was before I came here. He asked if the person I spoke to knew about the mileage, etc. And I said yes, I was upfront about everything so there is no surprise. This was a waste of time, if all they’re going to do is just run a Carfax to give you a price then they can do that over the phone instead of wasting peoples time to drive to the dealership. Also, I saw on their google business page that the person who reached out to me on Facebook left them a 5 star review which is a conflict on interest. Beware of the good reviews because they might be fake. There were also other people there trying to sell their car and it appears that they reach out to people on Facebook so beware!!

Never answers their phone, has cars on website they don't have for sale, they say "car is sold" but 3 weeks later, the same car is still up on website for sale, DISHONEST people and company!
Beware of Dealer Practices
Talk about sketchy. I saw a Range Rover Sport, with no pictures, advertised on Cars.com and called the dealer. I spoke to a salesman who told me the car was there. I asked some preliminary questions and if there were going to be any pictures added to the website. The salesman said abruptly, "What are you trying to do?" I told him I wanted to buy the car. He replied "Then come down and look at it!" and hung up on my. Against my better judgement, I went to the lot. I spoke to a male who directed me to a salesman with Dodger's cap and a clipboard. I asked the salesman if this was the advertised car, which I already knew. He looked at his clipboard and informed me the price was $29,995.00, double the Cars.com listed price. I asked if he could confirm that price as I believed it was wrong. He said, "That's the price." I asked if we could drive the car. The salesman asked me if would be paying cash or financing. I told him I could do either, which I could. But would like to drive the car. He then told me I would have to speak to his manager. I was led to an office, where I was asked to sit down multiple times. Ultimately, after I asked again about the price, he confirmed the car was in fact the price I saw on Cars.com, however, it had an added GPS system which cost $2,000.00 extra and was non-negotiable. He added all their cars have a GPS system. The "manager" was curt and rude. I realized something was not right and I walked out. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
