Carvana was such and easy experience! Even when we happened to find a newer version of the original car we purchased, we called the afternoon after pickup and they immediately helped and got everything situated for us to swap the vehicles! No hassle, no crazy sales pitch, and great customer service! Thanks Carvana Atlanta!

Do not use Carvana unless you enjoy your TIME AND MONEY BEING WASTED. My car pickup date was pushed 4+ times, with little to no explanation as to what was happening or why. Eventually the pickup date got pushed to over 2 weeks from the original scheduled pickup date. I cancelled the car then, and then was continually met with terrible confused customer service representatives. Very few people there are properly trained on the correct procedures. By this point they had already recieved the full check from my bank, the process of sending my check back was not started until an entire day after I cancelled. When the process was finally started they could give me no information as to the status of the check (If they deposited it, if it was still being held, or literally any information on it), and I called multiple times with no one beign able to give me confirmation the check was being sent back to my bank, putting me in a situation where not only did I get screwed out of time and money from Carvana, but I now can not buy a car as the bank needs the check back and original loan paid in full before I can take out a loan again to buy a car from an actual dealership, not this hodge podge of xxxxxx's flinging crap at each other. I was put on a call with a manager at carvana, trying to get some information to give to the better business bureu, and just trying to get anything literally anything at all about what was happening with the check. the manager hung up on me mid way through the call. When I tried calling carvana back and asked to be put back on call with them I was put on hold and then hung up on again.

thank you for selling me a broken car CARVANA! your limited warranty is garbage! I just paid you $7K for a down payment on a vehicle that your so called SilverRock limited warranty carrier says they do not cover the pre-existing broken parts or issues with the car, although the car it's still under warranty!!!!! So you wanted a review? You got a review! Thankyou for robbing me blind in a moment of need! Thank you again for selling me a broken car with a good for nothing limited warranty company carrier that after putting me through the trouble of scheduling an appointment for repairs to my newly purchased 2016 Ford Edge, they denied my repairs within less than an hour of dropping the car off and picking up a rental car, that of course I could not get reimbursed as promised by your super crappy limited warranty company SilverRock because, well if they denied the repairs why oh why would they approve a rental? By far the worst, most disappointing online car purchase experience ever! I absolutely do not recommend CARVANA to anyone I know! Same for their crappy, fraudulent limited warranty carrier SilverRock. Do not let these companies to to you we they did to my family. You are always better off visiting a dealership in PERSON! Online car purchasing with these companies is a hassle and a risk that can quickly turn into a very high loss! THANK YOU FOR MY BROKEN CAR CARVANA!! AND SILVERROCK!!!

This was my second vehicle purchased from Carvana. The transaction went smoothly and the staff at the pick up location was friendly. When I arrived to pick up the car I was told by staff that there were several chips in the windshield that werent listed on the website. She put in for it to be repair. The warranty company, Silverrock, approved it and had the windshield replaced. The same day I picked up the car I noticed hundreds of chips all over the front bumper, going from one side of the car to the other. There are also countless chips on the hood. None of that damage was listed on the website, it looks to be related to the chipped windshield that was approved for replacement. I submit a concern on Carvana's website, was told I would hear something in 24-48 hours. I waited 6 days before contacting Carvana, the advocate basically blew me off and told me to contact Silverrock and they would repair it. I contacted Silverrock and was told it was denied because it was "in scope with Carvana's reconditioning". Every other listing that shows that damage is clearly notated and says its within a small area. This was not notated and it covers the entire front of the vehicle. By the time I heard they wouldn't repair the unmentioned damage it was the end of the 7 day return window. Now I am stuck with repairing an issue that was not expressed to me initially. I believe this will be the last time I use Carvana.

Car came with windshield damage and missing "pieces" that will need to be repaired on my time. The car was promised to me on one date and later changed a whole week later and I had already sold my car.

Totally cool how you can look up vehicles. My only problem is when you find a vehicle and turn in all required information and get the approval you still might get a last minute call about approval which could Still turn around and be denied. I did my part and because carvana had missed communication on their side, I end up missing out on my delivery date. I do not like speaking with multiple people and not one of them are on the same page. I did end of getting a vehicle. I believe the vehicle was overpriced because pictures online did not show any flaws (I believe the person selling car to carvana played a part) the vehicle had quite a few flaws that I think should have been mentioned online but at least all the things I point out, carvana had me put in a ticket to have them fixed. Overall you cannot beat how fast you find a vehicle. You are not sitting in a dealership all day. You can search from home, work, park or on your break. I love how I do not have to deal with a salesman. The delivery or pickup of your vehicle is less than 30 minutes. That is totally outstanding 👏. I would definitely and have already refer friends to carvana. PATRICK PATRICK PATRICK!!!!!💙💙 PATRICK MCMULLEN is a total angel and helped get everything back on track with my order. He spent well over an hour on the phone with me. He was very professional, patient, he LISTENED to me, he was considerate, he even called me back after I hung up by accident. He is outstanding!! He IS the reason I decided to go through with getting my vehicle after I kept getting the run around. Thank you Patrick. Carvana you need more of PATRICK!! He IS customer service AT ITS FINEST!

We were very excited to use Carvana to purchase our used car, but unfortunately we were unhappy with our experience. Everything leading up to our pickup appointment day went great. Every representative I spoke to on the phone was kind and helpful and the online submission of all necessary documents went smoothly. As for our appointment, we arrived on time and then waited 25 minutes for someone to be available to work with us. We chose to drive to Carvana to get the whole vending machine experience as opposed to having the car delivered. When we arrived, the vehicle we were purchasing was pulled into a parking space by the door and that's where it stayed until we left in it. No car vending machine experience for us! I found it strange that we were doing a trade-in and no one even looked at the car we were trading in before we left. Also, we signed all the papers and then when we asked about doing a test drive, we were told that we didn't need to come back because the paperwork was done and then were handed the keys. When we got in to drive home, I turned around to look at the interior for the first time and immediately noticed used bottle caps and trash under the back seat. I guess I assumed the car would have been cleaned prior to us picking up the car. At first I thought maybe that was just a spot that got missed. Unfortunately, I continued to find trash in the door bins including dirty masks, sanitizer bottles, chewed gum hardened and stuck to the bottom, gum wrappers, caramel corn kernels, various other wrappers, and things I scrubbed clean that I'll never know what they were. I wiped the leather seats down with simple cleaning wipes and watched them change colors back to the gray they were supposed to be. I vacuumed crumbs out of every seat crack and cup holders. I spent 2 hours cleaning the car at home to get it to a point I felt comfortable with my young kids exploring around in it touching everything. I really believe that if the same car had been sold to us from a different dealership, it would have at least been cleaned. I wanted to love our first Carvana experience but after having the experience that we did, I'm not so sure we'll be back next time.
