They make buying a car an extremely complicated process. For being a dealership that talks about making car buying easy, there was nothing easy about my experience and they offered me little to no help whatsoever. It took me nearly three weeks to work through all the paperwork they wanted the exact and precise way they wanted. Also they tell you one thing one minute and the next thing you know you’re missing deadlines. I do not recommend this if you are not a very patient person. Also their interest rates are through the roof. I got an interest rate from my local credit union that was more than half of what they wanted me to pay
Terrible communication. My transaction was canceled and car released for someone else to purchase without anyone calling or emailing. The check from my credit union was not received. Carvana did not contact me or my credit union. The day of delivery I called to confirm and learned my account had no car ordered at all. Carvana hardly apologized but offered to take $250 off another vehicle. No thanks!

Carvana was such and easy experience! Even when we happened to find a newer version of the original car we purchased, we called the afternoon after pickup and they immediately helped and got everything situated for us to swap the vehicles! No hassle, no crazy sales pitch, and great customer service! Thanks Carvana Atlanta!

First car showed up with bald tires and reeking of smoke — two items that are supposedly on the Carvana 150 point inspection. No one, including upper management, would do anything to compensate me for the lost time and energy and Carvana’s failure to live up to its promise. Had to wait numerous weeks for the second car to show up. Whenever I reach out with an issue or concern, the response is less than adequate.

Do not use Carvana unless you enjoy your TIME AND MONEY BEING WASTED. My car pickup date was pushed 4+ times, with little to no explanation as to what was happening or why. Eventually the pickup date got pushed to over 2 weeks from the original scheduled pickup date. I cancelled the car then, and then was continually met with terrible confused customer service representatives. Very few people there are properly trained on the correct procedures. By this point they had already recieved the full check from my bank, the process of sending my check back was not started until an entire day after I cancelled. When the process was finally started they could give me no information as to the status of the check (If they deposited it, if it was still being held, or literally any information on it), and I called multiple times with no one beign able to give me confirmation the check was being sent back to my bank, putting me in a situation where not only did I get screwed out of time and money from Carvana, but I now can not buy a car as the bank needs the check back and original loan paid in full before I can take out a loan again to buy a car from an actual dealership, not this hodge podge of xxxxxx's flinging crap at each other. I was put on a call with a manager at carvana, trying to get some information to give to the better business bureu, and just trying to get anything literally anything at all about what was happening with the check. the manager hung up on me mid way through the call. When I tried calling carvana back and asked to be put back on call with them I was put on hold and then hung up on again.

I just paid you $7K for a down payment on a vehicle that your so called SilverRock limited warranty carrier says they do not cover the pre-existing broken parts or issues with the car, although the car it's still under warranty!!!!! So you wanted a review? You got a review! Thankyou for robbing me blind in a moment of need! Thank you again for selling me a broken car with a good for nothing limited warranty company carrier that after putting me through the trouble of scheduling an appointment for repairs to my newly purchased 2016 Ford Edge, they denied my repairs within less than an hour of dropping the car off and picking up a rental car, that of course I could not get reimbursed as promised by your super crappy limited warranty company SilverRock because, well if they denied the repairs why oh why would they approve a rental? By far the worst, most disappointing online car purchase experience ever! I absolutely do not recommend CARVANA to anyone I know! Same for their crappy, fraudulent limited warranty carrier SilverRock. Do not let these companies to to you we they did to my family. You are always better off visiting a dealership in PERSON! Online car purchasing with these companies is a hassle and a risk that can quickly turn into a very high loss! THANK YOU FOR MY BROKEN CAR CARVANA!! AND SILVERROCK!!!

This was my second vehicle purchased from Carvana.
This was my second vehicle purchased from Carvana. The transaction went smoothly and the staff at the pick up location was friendly. When I arrived to pick up the car I was told by staff that there were several chips in the windshield that werent listed on the website. She put in for it to be repair. The warranty company, Silverrock, approved it and had the windshield replaced. The same day I picked up the car I noticed hundreds of chips all over the front bumper, going from one side of the car to the other. There are also countless chips on the hood. None of that damage was listed on the website, it looks to be related to the chipped windshield that was approved for replacement. I submit a concern on Carvana's website, was told I would hear something in 24-48 hours. I waited 6 days before contacting Carvana, the advocate basically blew me off and told me to contact Silverrock and they would repair it. I contacted Silverrock and was told it was denied because it was "in scope with Carvana's reconditioning". Every other listing that shows that damage is clearly notated and says its within a small area. This was not notated and it covers the entire front of the vehicle. By the time I heard they wouldn't repair the unmentioned damage it was the end of the 7 day return window. Now I am stuck with repairing an issue that was not expressed to me initially. I believe this will be the last time I use Carvana.
