My Carvana experience was extremely professional and futuristic! We truly enjoyed the straight forward, no nonsense, quick and cool new way to purchase vehicles! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I couldn’t help but to recommend to my coworkers & friends. Thanks again everyone!

Well let’s see.. I’m currently in a rental because the vehicle I purchased from Carvana this month is in the dealership service because of bad engine. The only rental car available at enterprise is $128/day. Idk how long before I get it back. For engine lights to come on so soon makes me wonder if the codes were cleared and whatever issue there was, it was not fixed. Hasn’t been 2 weeks yet. The vehicle was $55K. $17.5K down. I just got it. It says a lot about your service department and “inspections”. But what’s worse, is the resolution. No call back, no help. The warranty company is terrible. You guys could’ve helped with a rental car. After all you sold me a car and people are saying I should sue. Somebody please give me a call. Do I have to keep this Escalade? What was the service report on it before I bought it? Can I see the service records? What can Carvana do?

I purchased 3 other vehicles from Vroom and the last purchase was an absolute nightmare. Decided to give Carvana a shot. The car from purchase from beginning to end was seamless. We went online and purchased on a Sunday the following Friday had the car and took our trade same day. I cannot say enough great things about our purchase. With Vroom our last purchase took over a month to get the vehicle which came in damaged. Skip Vroom and give Carvana a chance.

3rd car I purchased... First one, perfect. Second, delivery pushed back, car was damaged and filthy. Heavy smell of anti-freeze. Third, again delayed, filthy, glue from tint (removed) all over the windows...

Very poor after sales customer service.had problems with car on route to fl after 5days owning it haD to fix rear brakes on route cost $686. Was told not our problem.never got a call back from manager

I dont understand why you cant find my account as i spoke the otherday to that phone no nand they found.my name .my name again. Michael franks i purchased a 2018 kia forte. Poor experience overall. Customer service teams were nice, but not able to problem solve, ensure a smooth process or be effective in communication. Would not use this service again nor recommend it to others. The vehicle is fine, the experience was not.

I was a bit apprehensive to purchase a vehicle completely on line. However, I am a fan of Carvana! A couple of small hitches, but they took care of them quickly. I shopped a local dealer for a vehicle similar to what I ended up purchasing. The difference in my cost was nearly $6000. I priced a vehicle locally not as nice as what I purchased from Carvana, and used the same truck as a trade in locally and with Carvana. Better deal, better service. The way to go.

They DO NOT do Any kond of Inspection. Especially a 150 pt. Inspection. Very Crappy Company Delivered 4 Days Late and the radio was broken. So, it has been in the Shop getting repaired since then. NOTHING from carvana to deal with this issue. Carvana Sucks!!!

Overall the process was well designed, but when it froze
Overall the process was well designed, but when it froze up, I found it would’ve been good to have a human voice contact. Some of the keyword-based chat responses went off on a tangent.
