I purchased a car from them and sold them my old car. I asked to have my plates transferred to my new car, since the state allows, but my request was ignored and I had to pay for a new registration and plates for the new vehicle. Customer service used the excuse that a new registration was about the same price as a transfer; no it’s not. Hundreds of dollars difference. Please lay off more people who are too lazy to do their job.

I purchased 2010 Q50. I thought I was trading my prev car. I have made 4 pmts and have only knocked $1200 off my $42,000 balance. I thought the negative equity was added to the balance. I called the dealership. The salesman who sold me the infinity STOLE my trade on 03/12/2022. It was recovered June 13th. Bottom line? Clay Cooley dealership, their crooked salesperson and the present finance co Ally have me stuck in an OVERPRICED car that I pay $800 per month BUT WONT clear off the balance in the first 3 years of the 7 I have to pay it off. They screwed me w / o lubing me! You probably can’t help, but I gotta try EVERY AVENUE!
