Also I had to go out my way to Philadelphia, I live in Rhode Island to even get my vehicle because the initial vehicle I was set to get the delivery was pushed back three times. So I took it upon myself to switch the vehicle and to go down to Pennsylvania which is 6 1/2 hours away from where I live to get the car all for the windshield to be cracked in the corner and now there’s transmission problems so I am not happy at all.

Everything was fast and easy and all online with 0$ down.

Everything was fast and easy and all online with 0$ down. The APR is insanely low for a financed car which really came in handy after my old one got totaled in a wreck. 10/10 recommend to everyone!

I was able to find the car I wanted and get it ordered. When something went wrong with the original delivery date they rescheduled it quickly and kept me up to date on it. Duke very was great I was able to take it for a quick drive and then the driver answered any questions I hade.

Had a great car at a good price. Delivered in good time. Everyone I spoke to on phone and delivery driver was very nice. Payment was a little weird- they could not get a withdrawal directly so I had to send a wire transfer so there were a few days where they were saying I had not paid, but after it finally went through they stopped. Would use again.

I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Sonata from Carvana, which looked great in the pictures. But the car came with many more imperfections than were shown in the pictures, including a part of the plastic frame around the windshield missing. I still decided to give the car a shot; however, after a couple of days, I decided to return it. So I called Carvana, notifying them of my decision. The customer representative was very courteous and we scheduled the return. And yet I didn't see that in my account. So I called again. Another polite customer representative assured me that there was a return scheduled. The next day I received a text message as well as an email from Carvana, which says the car registration is in progress. I logged into my Carvana account. It says the papers are submitted to DMV for registration. So I called once again. Another kind customer representative told me that must be an error and he doesn't know why I don't see the scheduled return. Overall, very bad experience, except for polite and easily accessible customer representatives.

Beware of Carvana's 'pre-approval'.

Beware of Carvana's 'pre-approval'. I was pre-approved but ultimately denied financing due to being self-employed. The official reason they gave in writing was that I had too many credit inquiries, funny thing - Carvana's inquiry was the only one with Experian (the bureau they used). This dropped my score from 'very good' to 'fair'.... adversely impacting my credit for the next two years. When I contact Carvana customer support about this, they said I shouldn't have proceeded with the application. My proceeding with the application was based solely on my pre-approval!

I bought a car. When it came the driver side door didn't seal and it leaked rain water into it. No issue with the door was mentioned anywhere during the buying process or in paperwork. When I contacted Carvana to see if I can fix it under the 100 day warranty, they sent me to a service center that doesn't do body work. I am still trying to figure out what to do, amd may just return it during the 7 day period for a $600 dollar loss for the delivery fee. It also came with a dead battery that cost me $90 to have jumped the first time I drove it. The paper work and delivery are also much less convenient than buying at a dealership. All around, a horrible experience so far.
