Every step of the process was so easy. The best part was no waiting in line at the Secretary of State office! I loved that my license plate and registration came to me in the mail.
First I bought a car that was never delivered, being
First I bought a car that was never delivered, being called a few days before scheduled delivery that the car should not have been available online and that I should not have been able to buy it, so they cancelled the order; never honored matching price for another car (!!!???). Poor customer service from one end to the other - then I bought a car that was delivered with only one functional key (advertisement said 2 keys); Carvana representative said upon delivery that he ordered a second key, which I should receive in the mail - never got it and no documentation of such order exists. Worse than that, I found multiple deep scratches on the car that were not disclosed and the Carvana rep said upon delivery: we will cover the repairs, only to hear >7 days later from their claim administrator (SilverRock) that they won't cover the repairs (!?). Registration is constantly late, online support is useless, had to go to the DMV to get the tags after the temporary registration expired for 5 days - a complete disaster!

Average, to mediocre experience. The delivery was delayed by a few days and newer car had smoke smell, which was unusual per delivery driver, especially for a newer car. Very unexpected since smoke was not disclosed until delivery. Apart from these two major factors, it was a pretty ironed out system.

Completed 2 purchases (both minvans). The first of the two was return using their free 7-day return. Pros: 1) So many options for each type of vehicle. 2) Deliveries and pickup were both easy and smooth 3) Delivery drivers were both kind and helpful. Cons: 1) Expect a lot more cosmetic damage than what is shown in the pictures. BOTH of my minivan purchases did…the first one was returned because it even had mechanical issues too. 2) Most minivans were previously rentals. 3) Customer Service is difficult to contact and talk with because they handle multiple calls/chats at once. I HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle to your local auto shop for a Pre-Purchase Inspection to let them looks at the guts of the mechanical side of the car.

The process was easy at first, but then there was a month long delay to get the car delivered. Two weeks later, I still don't have the title and registration. I need to get another key card, but can't do it until i have title. Carvana's customer service is good, but the back end processing is terrible. Terrible.

The purchase itself was easy, my only issue was with the
The purchase itself was easy, my only issue was with the delivery delays. The vehicle was delayed by three weeks for silly readons. I nearly cancelled the purchase because of it. When I did finally get the vehicle it seemed like the 150 point inspection was not done. On the plus side, the Carvana care took care of the issues right away. Sadly, I had to pay a $50 deductible for things they should have caught in the inspection and fixed before it got to me.
