My electric car was delivered over 1hour 30mins late and came without the electric charger that was pictured in the post online. After asking the driver about the charger I was told they would submit a warranty exception and I would be shipped the charger. Immediately I sensed something was off and decided to call Carvana and verify the details. As I suspected that information was not correct because after a trip to a nissan dealership and a carvana approved repair facility that there was no real process to replace an electric charger for my nissan leaf. Ultimately I was told I would have to spend more of my own money and be reimbursed in 45-60 business days. I purchased a fully electric car. Not having the at home charger that is supposed to be with the vehicle is completely unacceptable. How am I supposed to take full advantage of the 7 Day return policy when I don’t have the tools to determine if it’s goin to work for me. I had to make several calls to Carvana and was given different information almost every time. I saw a commercial on TV that said “Carvana will drive you happy.” Based on my experience it is clear that is all marketing to trick people you not thinking Carvana cares about the customer. If i purchased this vehicle from a dealer I would have gotten all the tools I needed on the spot. I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this company and will go out of my way to ensure people know that you lie to customers. Electric Cars should come with the charger. Especially if that charger is advertised in the post online. what good is an 150 point inspection if that inspection misses that a major component is missing from the vehicle. The vehicle delivery agent told me I could “put some gas in it” while I waited for the charger that eventually I would learn would never come. I purchased a car that I could not drive for days because it was delivered to me without a charger. I know no one cares because this situation still has not been resolved. Carvana needs to work on a smoother process to ensure electric cars are delivered with the chargers as advertised.

I was amazed at how thorough the process is and how easy it was to find a car! One thing I wish was told upfront was the time restrictions. The first car I loved I lost because I could t secure insurance fast enough. Also, it would have been helpful to provide a list of required documentation at the onset of each step in the process so I could have been prepared. All the people I spoke with on the phone were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Carvana again.

Easy to use and very convenient transaction. The only reason it isn’t 5 stars is because description said car “was not smoked in”. Well, upon checking if the A/C worked, A TON OF SMOKE ASH CAME SPEWING OUT OF THE VENTS, and landed all over me and the sears and everywhere, it was so bad. The car was also very very dirty. Had to spend 2 hours wiping down and cleaning all the surfaces.

Dealership was good, good customer service. It was the information and corrections to the processing and registration process that did me in. I had received text messages and emails with conflicting information about getting temporary plates or transferring my plates. Got an email saying I hope you're enjoying the car, but temporary plates are scheduled to expire. This was BEFORE I got the car. I was told my car would be inspected, NOT. you did the Carvana inspection but up to me to have my PA inspection done within 7 days. The required uploading of document instructions for trade in and purchase another were insufficient. had to be done repeatedly, via desk top and smart phone. I spoke directly LIVE with 4 representatives. Was told everything done, pop the champagne cork. WRONG. another email requiring a temporary POA for registration, really. Another app on my phone, another document required, face time with a notary. Was told the robot texts and calls came from "corporate" apparently not aware of my states requirements, etc. Yesterday, picked up the car. They put permanent plates on it, gave me registration. Insurance was 1 hour of convincing my insurance company to issue me authorization before I had the car. Is no one on the same page??? Car gets inspected tomorrow, still under Carvana warranty. hopefully it will pass or another procedure to take it to the correct place for repair. EXHAUSTING. Good news is I really like the new car, was clean as a whistle. The process less than easy. Please do not respond with the canned Sorry I didn't have the experience you strive for. Just got another text about when to expect my registration and plate. I have them!!!!! Get it together, do you all not have access to the same current info?
