Make sure you read your contact before signing order summary may not match because they change the apr from original order you see apr on summary and apr on contact it won't match and they'll tell you it's a glitch in the system....

was so excited not to have to deal with sales people and haggling. This has been going on over 2 months. First car- 24 hours after purchase, they emailed me saying there was major recall and the sale cancelled. I'm not sure why it was for sale in the first place Car 2- we drove 2 hours to pick up the Ford Escape. Three days later check engine light came on. It was within the 7 days so I told them I would like to exchange it. Car 3- choose a hybrid with 70,000 mi on it got through the process only to find out the warranty doesn't cover the $7,000 battery expected to last 100,000 mi. Car 4- once again drove 2 hours (each time husband has to take off work). The car came out of vending machine with the drivers side mirror cover missing. They had noticed the paint didn't match but unfortunately they had ordered the passenger side and would take two weeks for replacement. Got in the car, all the pictures were worn off key fob, had to just keep pushing buttons to find how to start car at this time found the remote start didn't work. Then noticed random wires hanging out of front. That would be the janky installation of CD player in glove compartment. Oh it was filthy, stained and smelled. They did offer a $100 detail. Phone wouldn't sync to Blue tooth. Last straw returned home in Escape with check engine light on. Car 5- the Eco Sport. I have lost count how many times delivery has been delayed. I will say it has been delayed long enough the tags on Escape have expired. I explained this to them. They are very sorry I have to drive 2 hours 5 days away with expired tags and check engine light on but they have no solutions. I will say they have the nicest customer service people ever

The account is under Tom. I have reached out multiple times via chat, calls etc. I even spoke to an executive something. He made it very clear there is absolutely nothing you can do. I will have to drive to Nashville with expired plates and check engine light on. I have spent so many hours trying to get this resolved, I don’t have the time to call in again only to be told “so sorry but there is nothing we can do”. Just received email, now the car won’t be available until Monday

So far the Carvana folks have been great to work with. There were a few cosmetic issues with my vehicle that weren't noted correctly on the site. They offered to fix them without my asking.

First I bought a car that was never delivered, being called a few days before scheduled delivery that the car should not have been available online and that I should not have been able to buy it, so they cancelled the order; never honored matching price for another car (!!!???). Poor customer service from one end to the other - then I bought a car that was delivered with only one functional key (advertisement said 2 keys); Carvana representative said upon delivery that he ordered a second key, which I should receive in the mail - never got it and no documentation of such order exists. Worse than that, I found multiple deep scratches on the car that were not disclosed and the Carvana rep said upon delivery: we will cover the repairs, only to hear >7 days later from their claim administrator (SilverRock) that they won't cover the repairs (!?). Registration is constantly late, online support is useless, had to go to the DMV to get the tags after the temporary registration expired for 5 days - a complete disaster!
