Decent experience overall, but I do have recommendations for improvement. Car arrived with a dirty exterior that should have been more thoughtfully cleaned. I immediately had to wash the car and remove substantial dried dirt from the underside of the vehicle. Car also only had one key and the process to obtain a second key took a couple weeks. Finally, some vehicle scratches, minor rust and imperfections were not included on the website photos or vehicle description. I would expect higher level detail for this significant financial investment.

I wanted to sell my Lexus SUV (I bought a new 2023 vehicle) and did Carvana's automated online offer. Total waste of time as their offer was so ridiculously low. I did the equivalent process on one of their competitors website and the competing offer was nearly 5x more (which was in line with the appraisal values provided by sites like KBB, Edmunds, NADA, etc). Everyone else was around $11,000 but Carvana only offered me $2,290???

Overall experience 1.0 Does not recommend this dealer.

Super easy transaction. Driver came to pick up vehicle on time. Signed a few documents and got a check for the sale. Highly recommend Carvana to sell them your car.

My purchase was very easy no long waiting or haggling. My pick up was a little off because the vehicle had to have a minor repair which delayed my pick up. I had a problem with my key fob but the problem was resolved with no expense to me. So overall I would definitely recommend my family and friends to purchase through Carvana. I got the vehicle that I have always wanted, with notes that are affordable to me.

This has been the worst car buying experience I ever had. My registration has been expired for over a month. According to Carvana because I live in NJ they could not send me another temporary plate. They have given me nothing but different excuses every time I call. Finally, my registration is going to be sent through Fed Ex within 5 to 7 business days. I have to be home to sign for it. They can’t give me a tracking number or exact date of delivery. If i’m not home to sign the registration will be sent back to Carvana and I will continue to wait. Don’t buy from Carvana!!!
