But as I sit here at 6:16pm waiting for my delivery with no real clarification that is coming, because app shows documents are still being processed. But after calling multiple times, was told car would be on track for delivery today. But that delivery could be canceled 5 mins before delivery window ends! So at 6:33 I get a text message from Amir a caravan delivery driver. He stated one of the tires has a slow leak! It’s 6:33pm. The car has been scheduled for delivery for over a week. So no one looks over vehicle before delivery window. It’s 6:30 and raining. So no delivery for me I guess! Because of a tire leak that was noticed at my delivery time. If I could give customer service 0 stars I would. Because the young lady that I just spoke to has to be the most sarcastic CSR. She stated I don’t have the vehicle. Cute but she knew what I was stating. I asked if car was in your property why was it inspected until 30 mins, before delivery window. With no clear definition when it could be redelivered late Saturday or Monday very vague. Especially since I have paid for car insurance that, I am not unable to change date because start date was for today’s date. So let’s just say everything that glitters is not gold. Sometimes traditional is best. We will see if I ever get car!

Would definitely buy again. Every single person I interacted with was helpful and pleasant. When my bank created conflicts over the insurance requirements, Carvana connected me with an expert to work out the kinks and move the process forward. While I felt like I paid a little more, I loved the home delivery option, and got to avoid the crazy nonsense with the traditional dealerships. And seriously, Carvana should do trainings for other companies in customer service!

Delivery got postponed by one day, but it was worth the wait. This vehicle surpassed my expectations by a mile. The delivery driver was very informative and polite.
