It's a new way to buy a car without the salesman or dealership, you pick what you want, it's delivered. You like it or you send it back. In my case I had an issue and it was fixed by the warranty company. I Love my new to me car

The process was lengthy and somewhat annoying. After waiting a few days I was informed the vehicle I chose was not available. Finding another vehicle and being approved, the car that we received was not in the advertised condition. There was no mention of the cosmetic issues, Dents on the exterior and paint on the interior. Now I have to use a 3rd party repair vendor and have no rental car is provided when repairs are being made. Unacceptable. I do not recommend using this car service. Very disappointing..

The process was very easy and smooth in the beginning but got bumpy. It took 4 times to finally get the car delivered to me. During the rescheduling period (which they changed) I had to use my vehicle I was trading in and went over the miles I originally listed (because it was had been 3 weeks longer at this point). For this reason, we had to reschedule again and I was home and ready for the rescheduled time and no one showed up. I waited an hour and finally got ahold of someone after 1.5 hours and was told no one was coming and they're not sure I wasn't contacted about that. My car was delivered without being cleaned on the inside and outside so I called and was given money to get it detailed. Customer service is very friendly and patient. The whole process was not ideal and got pretty frustrating. The car itself is fine and the customer service has been extremely friendly.

I was very happy my experience with Carvana. It was easy to navigate the site, financing was a breeze, they fully informed me of any issues with the vehicle. The delivery driver was excellent and even informed me of a cosmetic issue that happened after purchase, which Carvana is going to have fixed, before I even had the chance to inspect the car. My only issue was delivering my car 4 days later then was originally agreed to. Every person I talked to was very friendly and professional. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

Was very happy with the entire process. There was an issue with the initial delivery where the delivery truck broke down and scheduled delivery was pushed 3 days. Nick, extremely polite and knowledgeable, delivered the jeep early and was especially helpful with post purchase damage and submitting the claim for us. Very much appreciated Nick!!!

My purchasing experience with Carvana was awesome! I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle this way. You can purchase your dream vehicle in less than an hour. The car vending machine was a great experience. My family loved it. It was very exciting to see your vehicle coming down and spinning.

Do not buy a vehicle here. The "Hassle-free" return is merely a good slogan, and not true at all. I had my 2020 vehicle (that they valued 9k under its actual value) traded in for a 2021 Mercedes GLA. When the Mercedes arrived, it was dirty. I didnt report this as its not that big of a deal. However, after having the car not even 30 minutes, a coolant warning/ check needed message popped up on my dashboard. I called them the next morning so that i can swap cars back, as this Mercedes did not have the value i was searching for. They then let you know that there is a 72 hour hold before you can get your vehicle back, even after offering to drive and pick it up myself. So now i am stuck with a vehicle that i can potentially blow the engine in if i drive, for 72 hours. The reps did not show any empathy and actually ended up hanging up on me while i was expressing how much of a difficult position this leaves me in as i commute to work. This is nothing but a quick way for a company to take advantage with extended resolution times as they will already have your vehicle. Very unprofessional. Dont waste your time.
