You sold me a lemon I hate it The first week it’s already messed up the AC won’t work apart broke I already had to put it in the shop and the shops that have to do with your warranty is saying it’ll take four weeks which is ridiculous so in all honesty I’m trying to get Health Carvana no one is reaching out to me so this was like the worst experience of my life so thank you for that

Tesla was delivered with 30 miles left. I went to charge (said it came with mobile charger) but one was not included. I was told to purchase and get reimbursed. I did this but only received half of what was owed. Was told they would send $250, but turns out only $220. I plan to file a small claim if I can’t get what was promised. After buying two cars and thinking of a third, I will never purchase from you all again.

Car was delivered April 18th ive had it a total of 9 days problem after problem no way they did a 150pt inspection the head gasket on my bmw is blown I haven't even driven the car the 400 miles absolute joke silver rock is paying for the claim but who wants to deal with this when your told your getting a reliable car. It's unacceptable do not buy a car through carvana!!

Carvana made a stressful process virtually stress-free. I will never purchase a vehicle another way. My trade in value was more than fair and easily applied to my new car. Delivery and communication was timely, top notch, and friendly. No attempt to upsell or delay, easy process start to finish and cannot recommend them enough. I still can’t believe how simple it was!

I ordered a car, scheduled a delivery 3 weeks out, as I
I ordered a car, scheduled a delivery 3 weeks out, as I am a truck driver and only come home every 3 weeks. I e-signed all docs within 30 min provided insurance proof, ID info and received confirmation of automatic payment processing. I rearranged my road time to be home in 3 weeks for delivery. They were great with text communication reporting to me a week out, 3 days out and a couple of day before messages confirming delivery tomorrow 1030am. THEN… 645pm I got a message that my delivery had been rescheduled for a week later. I blew my top. I reached out to carvana rep and he said they overbooked deliveries and didn’t have enough people to deliver. I explained my situation and would not be back home for 3 weeks, which will be July 1. He offered to push me out till then. I asked why, I no longer trust you will have enough people to deliver to me because it will be a holiday weekend. He kept saying there was nothing they could do. I offered coming 2 hours to pick up at a vending machine, I was told they were also booked full till July I’m looking for a local dealer to get a different car. Then cancel my order. To me, I can’t understand why someone who gives a 3 week window, completes ALL tasks with proof of funds and they can’t deliver. If you are expecting on time delivery buy somewhere else, very disrespectful. A plus is the phone agent was polite and kept me from yelling.
